Une m\u00e9thode collaborative que je trouve particuli\u00e8rement riche et int\u00e9ressante pour d&rsquo;autres institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce qui suit n&rsquo;est pas copi\u00e9 de cet article anglais. C&rsquo;est le type d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 que <a href=\"https:\/\/atomic-temporary-10999751.wpcomstaging.com\/2021\/05\/25\/scenario-pedagogique-abc-learning-design\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la m\u00e9thode ABC Learning Design<\/a> appelle \u00ab acquisition \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle consiste en pr\u00e9sentation de la mati\u00e8re \u00e0 \u00e9tudier sous diverses formes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la pr\u00e9sentation PowerPoint, plus ou moins subtilement mise en ligne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la vid\u00e9o de type \u00ab\u00a0talking head\u00a0\u00bb : des professeurs ou des formateurs qui parlent sans illustration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de la vid\u00e9o de pr\u00e9sentation un peu plus complexe ou de la vid\u00e9o d&rsquo;animation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>du texte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des illustrations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le meilleur des cas, des quiz ou des tests divers viennent agr\u00e9menter ces pr\u00e9sentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le taux de participation des apprenants dans ce type de formation est proche de z\u00e9ro.&nbsp;&nbsp;On ne leur demande pas grand-chose, ils n&rsquo;en donneront pas plus\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-niveau-1-nbsp-nbsp-la-pratique-par-les-etudiants\"> Niveau 1 :&nbsp;&nbsp;la pratique par les \u00e9tudiants <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans ce type de formation, on demande aux \u00e9tudiants de \u00ab pratiquer \u00bb : les exigences peuvent \u00eatre vari\u00e9es.&nbsp;&nbsp;Il peut s&rsquo;agit de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des exercices plus ou moins complexes, con\u00e7us et propos\u00e9s par les enseignants ou les formateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il eut \u00e9galement s&rsquo;agir de v\u00e9ritables projets : c&rsquo;est ce que nous faisons par exemple pour <a href=\"https:\/\/atomic-temporary-10999751.wpcomstaging.com\/2019\/08\/20\/envie-de-devenir-formateur-en-e-learning\/\">nos formations de formateurs \u00e0 distance<\/a>, nous demandons aux participants de travailler sur leur propre projet de formation selon des consignes donn\u00e9es de semaine en semaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais, ce projet leur appartient et ils disposent d&rsquo;une large latitude quant :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aux contenus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aux modalit\u00e9s&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aux objectifs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>au public cible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">de leur projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas de former de simples \u00ab ex\u00e9cutants \u00bb mais bien de personnes autonomes qui seront amen\u00e9es \u00e0 concevoir, r\u00e9aliser et vendre des formations digitales de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a mati\u00e8re<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0Vous devez reformuler ce que vous venez d&rsquo;apprendre.\u00a0\u00a0Vous devez v\u00e9rifier que les personnes \u00e0 qui vous parlez ont bien compris ce que vous leur avez expliqu\u00e9.\u00a0\u00a0Ils vont aussi vous poser des questions qui vont vous forcer \u00e0 interroger vos propres connaissances.\u00a0\u00a0\u00c0 les reformuler, de nouveau, de mani\u00e8re tout \u00e0 fait inattendue au d\u00e9part.\u00a0\u00a0Ainsi, les questions des autres ne sont pas forc\u00e9ment les m\u00eames que vous.\u00a0\u00a0Attendez-vous \u00e0 l&rsquo;inattendu !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette communication constitue une richesse que certains outils en ligne ne favorisent pas, voire emp\u00eachent.\u00a0\u00a0Avant de choisir un outil de formation, <a href=\"https:\/\/atomic-temporary-10999751.wpcomstaging.com\/2023\/10\/11\/intelligence-collective-definition-et-exemple-en-formation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pensez \u00e0 un outil <\/a>ou \u00e0 une batterie d&rsquo;outils qui vous permet de cr\u00e9er, de susciter, de maintenir en vie une communaut\u00e9 d&rsquo;apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-niveau-3-l-interaction-avec-le-monde-reel\">Niveau 3 : l&rsquo;interaction avec le monde r\u00e9el<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote formation, surtout d&rsquo;ordre professionnel, il y a de fortes chances pour que ce soit en vue d&rsquo;intervenir dans ce monde r\u00e9el, d&rsquo;y essayer vos nouvelles connaissances, vos comp\u00e9tences toutes fra\u00eeches&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourquoi ne pas commencer tout de suite ?&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/atomic-temporary-10999751.wpcomstaging.com\/2019\/08\/20\/envie-de-devenir-formateur-en-e-learning\/\">Dans nos formations de formateurs<\/a>, nous demandons aux candidats de travailler sur leur propre projet.&nbsp;&nbsp;Ce projet doit \u00eatre confront\u00e9 au monde r\u00e9el.&nbsp;&nbsp;Nous demandons \u00e0 nos \u00e9tudiants de tester leur projet aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un public non averti.&nbsp;&nbsp;Et, d&rsquo;en recevoir le feedback.&nbsp;&nbsp;Et, de tenir compte de ces critiques, suggestions et appr\u00e9ciations pour am\u00e9liorer leur projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eame une formation qui n&rsquo;est pas bas\u00e9e sur un projet peut recommander des actions en dehors du Web :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>des recherches en biblioth\u00e8que&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des interviews de personnes en milieu de travail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un travail de rep\u00e9rage dans une ville<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un reportage film\u00e9 avec le smartphone sur un lieu ou un groupe particulier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> L&rsquo;interaction dans le monde r\u00e9el, c&rsquo;est aussi une autre mani\u00e8re d&rsquo;infuser de l&rsquo;humain dans une formation en ligne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-niveau-4-la-collaboration-dans-une-communaute\">Niveau 4 : la collaboration dans une communaut\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Une communaut\u00e9, c&rsquo;est plus qu&rsquo;un groupe.&nbsp;&nbsp;Une communaut\u00e9 est compos\u00e9e de personnes qui ont non seulement un int\u00e9r\u00eat commun, mais partagent des valeurs, des objectifs, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une vraie communaut\u00e9, les personnes collaborent.&nbsp; La collaboration ne na\u00eet pas forc\u00e9ment de fa\u00e7on naturelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais, vous pouvez, en tant que formateur ou&nbsp;animateur d&rsquo;une communaut\u00e9 d&rsquo;apprentissage, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atomic-temporary-10999751.wpcomstaging.com\/2023\/07\/04\/gamification-et-competition-le-couple-infernal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">susciter des collaborations<\/a><\/strong>.  J&rsquo;ai par exemple organis\u00e9 un tournoi de Kahoot dans lequel deux \u00e9quipes devaient collaborer <a href=\"https:\/\/atomic-temporary-10999751.wpcomstaging.com\/fr_fr\/2019\/11\/26\/co-creation-collaboration-et-competion-avec-kahoot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un quiz interactif<\/a> avant de s&rsquo;affronter mutuellement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-evaluation-par-les-pairs-comme-mode-de-collaboration\">L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation par les pairs comme mode de collaboration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un des modes de collaboration les plus utilis\u00e9s est l<strong>&lsquo;\u00e9valuation par les pairs<\/strong>.&nbsp; C&rsquo;est un mode d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation que nous <a href=\"https:\/\/atomic-temporary-10999751.wpcomstaging.com\/2019\/08\/20\/envie-de-devenir-formateur-en-e-learning\/\">utilisons pour nos formations de formateur digital<\/a>.&nbsp; Bien entendu, nous fournissons aux \u00e9tudiants des lignes directrices.&nbsp; Un document d\u00e9taill\u00e9 leur explique :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la philosophie de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation par les pairs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques de cette \u00e9valuation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l&rsquo;importance du feed-back et de la bienveillance dans cet exercice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Nous leur fournissons \u00e9galement, pour chaque travail \u00e0 \u00e9valuer, une grille de crit\u00e8res \u00e0 analyser.&nbsp; Par exemple, pour un sc\u00e9nario de formation : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les \u00e9tapes de ce sc\u00e9nario se suivent-elles de mani\u00e8re logique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;constituent-elles un parcours d&rsquo;apprentissage coh\u00e9rent ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-d-autres-formes-d-apprentissage-en-collaboration\">D&rsquo;autres formes d&rsquo;apprentissage en collaboration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Mais la collaboration, cela peut prendre d&rsquo;autres formes : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>une recherche commune<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une pr\u00e9sentation des r\u00e9sultats de cette recherche par le groupe qui l&rsquo;a r\u00e9alis\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la conception d&rsquo;un projet commun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la r\u00e9alisation de ce projet commun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la conception et la mise en oeuvre d&rsquo;une base de connaissance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la cr\u00e9ation de modules de cours par les participants eux-m\u00eames<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le domaine d&rsquo;\u00e9tude, le public impliqu\u00e9 (formateurs, participants, intervenants ext\u00e9rieurs, partenaires, etc.) on peut imaginer une foule de choses, de mises en situation, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-apprentissages-autres-que-cognitifs\">Des apprentissages autres que cognitifs<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outre le fait que la communication doive circuler dans une communaut\u00e9 de ce type, il y a des apprentissages autres que cognitifs qui se pratiquent dans ce type de communaut\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>sociaux <\/strong>: quelle est ma place dans le groupe ?\u00a0 Comment puis-je amener les autres \u00e0 travailler avec moi ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>affectifs <\/strong>: comment travailler m\u00eame avec les gens que j&rsquo;appr\u00e9cie moins au sein de la communaut\u00e9 ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00e9motionnels <\/strong>: comment r\u00e9agir face \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chec dans le groupe ? ou face \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>organisationnels <\/strong>: qui placer \u00e0 telle position ou \u00e0 qui confier telle t\u00e2che en fonction de quels crit\u00e8res ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-instaurer-une-culture-de-la-formation-et-de-la-collaboration\">Instaurer une culture de la formation et de la collaboration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-coblocks-click-to-tweet\"><p class=\"wp-block-coblocks-click-to-tweet__text\">Pour une entreprise ou une institution, l&rsquo;objectif ultime devrait \u00eatre de cr\u00e9er une&nbsp;culture de la formation.
