Mais la formation en pr\u00e9sentiel s&rsquo;oppose-t-elle vraiment \u00e0 la formation \u00e0 distance.  Personnellement, j&rsquo;ai une autre vision des choses que je vous expose dans cet article.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a69ca735a0f17cf4d0b9e5b699dbaf54 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article mis \u00e0 jour le 26 septembre 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je lis fr\u00e9quemment des articles du genre opposition entre <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2023\/09\/19\/formation-a-distance-pour-adultes-lavenir-est-multimodal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">formation en ligne et formation en pr\u00e9sentiel<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme si les deux modes de formation constituaient deux p\u00f4les antinomiques et irr\u00e9conciliables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques non seulement disjointes, mais que tout oppose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personnellement, je suis convaincu que cette <strong>repr\u00e9sentation est totalement fausse et passe \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&rsquo;essentiel :&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p> <strong>Il y a LA formation et diff\u00e9rents&nbsp;<em>modes de distribution<\/em>&nbsp;qui forment un&nbsp;<em>continuum<\/em><\/strong> <\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-presentiel-contre-e-learning-le-continuum-de-la-formation\">Pr\u00e9sentiel contre e-learning &#8211; le continuum de la formation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> J&rsquo;ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 une infographie qui illustre ce que j&rsquo;entends par l\u00e0&nbsp; (cliquez sur l&rsquo;image pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l&rsquo;infographie interactive en plein \u00e9cran &#8211; cliquez sur les images et les \u00e9tiquettes bleues pour ouvrir la fen\u00eatre d&rsquo;explication de chaque item).  J&rsquo;explique \u00e9galement cette matrice dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/webinaires-gratuits-ressources-educatives-libres\/#webinardigitallearning\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">webinaire sur le Digital Learning<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-genially wp-block-embed-genially\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" title=\"M\u00e9thode de distribution des p\u00e9dagogies\" frameborder='0' width='1200' height='675' src='https:\/\/view.genially.com\/5c500cf31ef86d73dd8b1a64#?secret=2EsR7yXt3m' data-secret='2EsR7yXt3m' scrolling='yes'><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce que j&rsquo;entends par \u00ab\u00a0continuum\u00a0\u00bb, c&rsquo;est que les m\u00e9thodes ne sont pas oppos\u00e9es, <strong>Pr\u00e9sentiel contre e-learning<\/strong>, mais <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2023\/09\/19\/formation-a-distance-pour-adultes-lavenir-est-multimodal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dispos\u00e9es le long d&rsquo;une matrice qui croise<\/a> \u00ab\u00a0plus de technologie \/ moins de technologie\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0pr\u00e9sence \/ distance\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-differentes-facons-de-distribuer-la-formation\">Diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7ons de distribuer la formation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \"\u00a0<strong>pr\u00e9sentiel pur<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb est celui qui utilise le moins de ressources technologiques et (presqu&rsquo;) \u2014 uniquement le pr\u00e9sentiel : c&rsquo;est le mod\u00e8le scolaire traditionnel \u2014 qui est pourtant moins pur qu&rsquo;on le croit puisqu&rsquo;il comporte des devoirs \u00e0 faire \u00e0 la maison et souvent, une communication avec les parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-presentiel-enrichi\">Le pr\u00e9sentiel enrichi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>pr\u00e9sentiel enrichi <\/strong>utilise des ressources en ligne (sites web de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, wiki, e-mail, etc.) mais tout cela est utilis\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re ponctuelle : la formation n&rsquo;est pas con\u00e7ue comme une seule unit\u00e9 distribu\u00e9e sur plusieurs modes, mais bien comme une formation en pr\u00e9sentiel \u00ab\u00a0opportuniste\u00a0\u00bb puisqu&rsquo;elle se sert des ressources distancielles qui l&rsquo;int\u00e9ressent. Une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 les intellectuels les plus pointus \u00e9taient loin de soup\u00e7onner qu&rsquo;un jour verrait l&rsquo;\u00e9closion d&rsquo;Internet. Rappelons aussi que le premier auteur de science-fiction \u00e0 parler de cyberespace est l&rsquo;auteur am\u00e9ricain William Gibson dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?gs_ssp=eJzj4tDP1TcwTTctNGD04s5LLS3Kz03MS04tAgBP3Qd1&amp;q=neuromancer&amp;oq=neuromancer&amp;aqs=chrome.1.0i355i512j46i512j0i512l2j46i512j0i512l2j46i512j0i512l2.5561j0j7&amp;sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">son chef-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre Neuromancien<\/a>. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait en juillet 1984. Je vous laisse calculer l&rsquo;\u00e9cart entre les deux !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrairement \u00e0 ce que vous pourriez croire, il est possible d&rsquo;assurer une pr\u00e9sence en ligne, <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2023\/08\/22\/quest-ce-que-la-presence-en-formation-a-distance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">comme le confirme cet article<\/a>. Une formation en ligne peut \u00eatre interactive. Elle peut avoir des prolongements en dehors du num\u00e9rique. Comme ce MOOC de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.futurelearn.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FutureLearn<\/a> sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tude des sols qui vous propose d&rsquo;analyser la terre de votre jardin, d&rsquo;y compter le nombre de vers de terre, pour v\u00e9rifier qu&rsquo;elle est saine, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et le MOOC Dys a prouv\u00e9 amplement qu&rsquo;on pouvait cr\u00e9er une communaut\u00e9 apprenante en ligne. Les MOOC constituent d&rsquo;ailleurs un excellent banc d&rsquo;essai pour les DRH <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2023\/09\/11\/spoc-et-mooc-quel-interet-pour-les-drh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pour rep\u00e9rer des candidats id\u00e9aux<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-presentiel-contre-e-learning-la-classe-virtuelle-comme-quasi-presentiel\">Pr\u00e9sentiel contre e-learning ? La classe virtuelle comme quasi pr\u00e9sentiel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>classe virtuelle<\/strong> est une vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence qui utilise des outils de type p\u00e9dagogique (tableau blanc, partage de documents, d&rsquo;\u00e9cran, de ressources num\u00e9riques, etc.).  Elle peut se d\u00e9rouler uniquement en pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re (tous les participants assistent \u00e0 tout en m\u00eame temps) ou alterner des phases pl\u00e9ni\u00e8res avec des activit\u00e9s en sous-groupes.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La classe virtuelle est vraiment un argument contre cette argumentation pr\u00e9sentiel contre e-learning. Ici aussi, ce mode de distribution peut \u00eatre employ\u00e9 seul ou comme partie d&rsquo;une formation plus large.  Voir notre livre <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2vhHGrK\">Former avec le Microlearning <\/a>qui fait le point sur ce<a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2021\/06\/28\/realite-virtuelle-et-augmentee-en-microlearning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> mode de distribution plus vari\u00e9<\/a> qu&rsquo;on ne le croit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eame si le Microlearning, comme toute m\u00e9thode p\u00e9dagogique, <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2023\/06\/05\/les-limites-du-microlearning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pr\u00e9sente des limites<\/a>, il n&rsquo;en reste pas moins un outil tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant comme je le<a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/wp-admin\/post.php?post=30543&amp;action=edit#webinardigitallearning\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> d\u00e9taille dans ce webinaire<\/a>.
