Il faut concentrer votre \u00e9nergie sur un objectif.\u00a0 Il faut garder le cap co\u00fbte que co\u00fbte !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Je ne suis d&rsquo;ailleurs pas le dernier \u00e0 recommander de focaliser son \u00e9nergie sur un projet \u00e0 la fois.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Mais attention, danger !\u00a0 Une seule id\u00e9e, cela peut rapidement devenir&#8230; une obsession !\u00a0 Et le pi\u00e8ge se referme !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Vous avez une id\u00e9e d&rsquo;affaire, une id\u00e9e g\u00e9niale, qui va r\u00e9volutionner votre secteur!\u00a0 Et, bien entendu, vous la poursuivez contre vents et mar\u00e9es.\u00a0 Et surtout, contre tous les indicateurs qui, au rouge, vous indiquent l&rsquo;\u00e9chec tout proche&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Encore une fois, une id\u00e9e doit \u00eatre confront\u00e9e au march\u00e9 : elle vous passionne.\u00a0 OK.\u00a0 Mais passionne-t-elle vos clients potentiels ?\u00a0 Sont-ils pr\u00eats \u00e0 payer pour votre id\u00e9e ?\u00a0 Sont-ils pr\u00eats \u00e0 abandonner leur produit actuel pour adopter le v\u00f4tre ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Souvent, le produit ou le service innovant ne r\u00e9sulte pas d&rsquo;une seule id\u00e9e g\u00e9niale, mais de l&rsquo;observation de ce qui manque ou de ce qui pourrait mieux marcher si&#8230;\u00a0 Autrement dit, du mariage de plusieurs id\u00e9es : certaines qui existent d\u00e9j\u00e0 et d&rsquo;autres qui apportent une possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;innovation&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Pour savoir si votre id\u00e9e peut marcher, une seule m\u00e9thode \u00e9prouv\u00e9e : demandez \u00e0 vos futurs clients ce qu&rsquo;ils en pensent.\u00a0 Si cela les int\u00e9resse, combien sont-ils pr\u00eats \u00e0 payer pour cela ?\u00a0 Quel est le meilleur conditionnement pour votre produit ? Les clients ne sont plus fid\u00e8les \u00e0 une marque, comme ils ont pu l&rsquo;\u00eatre il y a 20 ans : ils sont plus versatiles.
