It is based on Diana Laurillard\u2019s \u2018Conversational Framework\u2019 model; I had the pleasure of attending a training course on blended learning run by the University of Leeds, led by her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is this scripting method that I am now proposing to participants in my training course. <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/cours-en-ligne-creez-le-votre-avec-cette-formation\/\">Create your online course<\/a>.  Because it fits in particularly well with my concern to meet learners' needs.  And it fits in very seamlessly <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2016\/06\/06\/pensee-design-pour-concevoir-un-cours-en-ligne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">in Design Thinking<\/a>which is the general training design method I use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Originally, the ABC Learning Design method consisted of a board game on which teachers placed cards corresponding to the different learning activities.  Today, there are various digital tools that can be used to create this type of scenario, including remote collaboration.  <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2021\/05\/27\/what-tools-to-use-to-design-your-training-course-with-abc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">We talk about it in an article on this blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-des-activites-qui-engagent-vos-apprenants\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activities that engage your learners<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I often see articles, which sound an awful lot like advertisements, extolling the virtues of this or that 'engaging' tool for your learners.   But in reality, <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2023\/07\/04\/gamification-et-competition-le-couple-infernal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">are the uses of the tools<\/a> that will motivate your learners or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-l-acquisition\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">The acquisition<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, in many courses, particularly distance and hybrid courses, the only activities on offer are really at a low level: that of acquisition. I am thinking in particular of Bloom\u2019s taxonomy, in which acquisition and practice activities constitute only the first few levels. This has recently been revised by Krathwohl. Suggest that your learners :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> to meet people<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to interview them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>take photos or videos of their surroundings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>draw their ideas or projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cutting prototypes out of cardboard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-le-retour-d-experience-une-opportunite-de-metacognition\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Feedback: an opportunity for metacognition<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All offline activities also allow you to <strong>online feedback<\/strong>which can be the subject of a presentation, a report, a discussion between peers, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That's why I'm asking the participants in our training course to <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/cours-en-ligne-creez-le-votre-avec-cette-formation\/\">Create your online course<\/a> for teachers to make a <strong>feedback<\/strong> of their project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>what was the subject of their course?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>what were their educational objectives?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have these been achieved?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What obstacles did they encounter?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I give them the choice of form for the report: answers to questions formulated on a mind map; <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/supports-h5p-ressources-gratuites\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dynamic form created with H5P<\/a> free text; presentation; video, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These reports are discussed in a final virtual class.
