Le CV chronologique ou antichronologique<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">C&rsquo;est le plus connu : le<em><strong> CV classique pr\u00e9sentant votre parcours professionnel par rubriques<\/strong><\/em>. \u00a0A l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de chaque rubrique &#8211; Formation, Exp\u00e9rience professionnelle, etc. &#8211; les items sont <em><strong>class\u00e9s par ordre antichronologique (<\/strong><\/em>on dit aussi<strong><\/strong><em><strong> ant\u00e9chronologique)<\/strong><\/em>, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire d<em><strong>u plus r\u00e9cent au plus ancien<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">C&rsquo;est le plus utilis\u00e9, celui que tout le monde utilise ou presque. \u00a0Peut-\u00eatre parce que c&rsquo;est le plus simple \u00e0 mettre en oeuvre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#ff0000\"><em><strong>Attention <\/strong><\/em><\/span>: si vous optez pour le format antichronologique &#8211; du plus r\u00e9cent au plus ancien &#8211; <em><strong>gardez-le pour TOUTES les rubriques de votre CV !<\/strong><\/em> J&rsquo;ai vu trop de candidats qui pr\u00e9sentaient leur exp\u00e9rience professionnelle sous ce format et qui listaient leurs \u00e9tudes et formations dans l&rsquo;autre sens&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><em><strong>Soyez coh\u00e9rent !<\/strong><\/em> N&rsquo;obligez pas le recruteur \u00e0 faire des va-et-vient \u00e0 travers les diff\u00e9rentes rubriques de votre CV : il n&rsquo;en a pas le temps ! \u00a0Votre CV sera jet\u00e9 \u00e0 la poubelle sans piti\u00e9 \u00e0 la moindre ambig\u00fcit\u00e9 !!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><em><strong>Est-ce le plus efficace ?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000080\">Avantages :<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">Clair, <em><strong>simple <\/strong><\/em>and <em><strong>facilement compr\u00e9hensible<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><em><strong>Rassurant<\/strong><\/em>, car c&rsquo;est le type de CV le plus <em><strong>connu <\/strong><\/em>de tous, candidats et recruteurs<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">Correspond bien aux <em><strong>carri\u00e8res lin\u00e9aires<\/strong><\/em> (20 ans dans la m\u00eame entreprise, par exemple)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color:#000080\">Inconv\u00e9nients :<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">C&rsquo;est LE CV de Monsieur ou Madame Tout le Monde : <em><strong>difficile de se distinguer vraiment <\/strong><\/em>avec ce type de document passe-partout&#8230;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">Il attire <em><strong>imm\u00e9diatement l&rsquo;attention <\/strong><\/em>sur les <em><strong>\u00ab\u00a0trous\u00a0\u00bb de votre CV <\/strong><\/em>: interruption de carri\u00e8re pour grossesse, maladie, accident ou \u00e9ducation des enfants<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">Il <em><strong>ne convient pas du tout aux personnes qui ont chang\u00e9 d&#8217;emploi ou d&rsquo;orientation au cours de leur carri\u00e8re<\/strong><\/em>. \u00a0Or, cette situation est de plus en plus <em><strong>fr\u00e9quente<\/strong><\/em>, m\u00eame si beaucoup de recruteurs ne l&rsquo;ont pas compris et restent terriblement conservateurs dans leurs perception des candidats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000080\">2. Le CV par comp\u00e9tences<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Contrairement au pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, <em><strong>il ne contient aucune date, aucune r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 votre parcours en tant que te<\/strong><\/em>l. \u00a0Il <em><strong>d\u00e9taille vos comp\u00e9tences<\/strong><\/em> et donne &#8211; souvent &#8211; la liste des entreprises pour lesquelles vous avez travaill\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><em><strong>C&rsquo;est le moins utilis\u00e9<\/strong><\/em>, probablement pour <em><strong>deux raisons <\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align:justify\">\n<li>on ne sait pas trop <em><strong>comment le pr\u00e9senter<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li>il est <em><strong>difficile \u00e0 structurer de mani\u00e8re efficace<\/strong><\/em> sans se perdre dans des <em><strong>g\u00e9n\u00e9ralit\u00e9s <\/strong><\/em>ou sans <em><strong>\u00e9crire trois pages<\/strong><\/em>...<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Il ne suffit pas de <em><strong>lister vos comp\u00e9tences<\/strong><\/em> : encore faut-il leur <em><strong>donner de la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 <\/strong><\/em>en les <em><strong>d\u00e9crivant de fa\u00e7on claire <\/strong><\/em>et en leur<em><strong> apportant de la consistance <\/strong><\/em> par des <em><strong>informations concr\u00e8tes <\/strong><\/em>&#8211; nom de l&rsquo;entreprise, type de poste, mission, r\u00e9alisations, r\u00e9sultats, etc. \u00a0Tout ce qui peut aider le recruteur \u00e0 <em><strong>visionner le film de votre exp\u00e9rience professionnelle <\/strong><\/em>doit \u00eatre mobilis\u00e9. \u00a0 \u00a0D&rsquo;autres part, les recruteurs ne sont pas tenus de vous croire sur parole&#8230;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000080\">Avantages :<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">C&rsquo;est celui qui met <em><strong>le mieux en avant vos comp\u00e9tences<\/strong><\/em> &#8211; forc\u00e9ment<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">C&rsquo;est donc celui qui vous permettra de vous <em><strong>distinguer des autres candidats sur les comp\u00e9tences-cl\u00e9s du CV <\/strong>: <\/em>si on demande un comptable familier de la consolidation des comptes et que c&rsquo;est votre sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9, cela figurera en avant-plan de votre CV et si les autres concurrents ne peuvent pas faire la m\u00eame chose, vous marquez des points&#8230;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">C&rsquo;est <em><strong>le plus facile \u00e0 adapter en fonction du poste<\/strong><\/em> : vous mettez \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant-plan les <em><strong>comp\u00e9tences qui correspondent le plus \u00e0 ce qui est demand\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;annonce<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">C&rsquo;est <em><strong>l&rsquo;id\u00e9al <\/strong><\/em>si vous avez une ou plusieurs <em><strong>interruptions assez longues<\/strong><\/em> dans votre carri\u00e8re : maladie, accident, p\u00e9riode de ch\u00f4mage assez importante&#8230; \u00a0Autant de points noirs susceptibles de d\u00e9tourner les recruteurs de votre candidature<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000080\">Inconv\u00e9nients :<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">l&rsquo;inconv\u00e9nient majeur : <em><strong>la plupart des recruteurs n&rsquo;aiment pas ce type de CV<\/strong><\/em>. \u00a0Plus par <em><strong>manque de temps <\/strong><\/em>que pour autre chose : quand vous avez <em><strong>moins d&rsquo;une minute pour lire chaque CV<\/strong><\/em>, vous ne pouvez pas vous offrir le luxe de d\u00e9chiffrer des documents longs et dont la structure ne vous est pas famili\u00e8re&#8230;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">Il est <em><strong>difficile \u00e0 structurer efficacement<\/strong><\/em> : par o\u00f9 commencer ? O\u00f9 s&rsquo;arr\u00eater ? Le CV mixte<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">C&rsquo;est mon pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 ! \u00a0\u00c7a tombe bien, c&rsquo;est <em><strong>aussi le pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 de nombreux recruteurs !<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Pourquoi ? \u00a0Parce qu&rsquo;il pr\u00e9sente l&rsquo;avantage de nous d<em><strong>onner imm\u00e9diatement vos comp\u00e9tences-cl\u00e9s pour le poste souhait\u00e9 <\/strong><\/em>et donc qu&rsquo;il facilite le travail ! \u00a0Vous n&rsquo;aimez pas qu&rsquo;on vous facilite la vie, vous ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, il <em><strong>allie les qualit\u00e9s des deux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents<\/strong><\/em> : une <em><strong>tr\u00e8s bonne visibilit\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences-cl\u00e9s <\/strong><\/em>et une <em><strong>tr\u00e8s bonne lisibilit\u00e9 de votre parcours<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">On peut donc d\u00e9cider tr\u00e8s vite <em><strong>si vous \u00eates un candidat \u00e0 inviter pour un entretien<\/strong><\/em>... <em><strong>ou pas !<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000080\">Comment fonctionne le CV mixte ? <\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Le principe est simple : en d\u00e9but de CV &#8211; le premier tiers &#8211; vous pr\u00e9sentez vos comp\u00e9tences-cl\u00e9s par rapport au poste souhait\u00e9. \u00a0Ensuite, vous continuez votre CV sous forme antichronologique et vous gardez les comp\u00e9tences secondaires pour les rubriques habituelles et pour la lettre de candidature.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><em><strong>Le plus difficile dans la r\u00e9daction de ce CV est<\/strong><\/em> :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align:justify\">\n<li>de d\u00e9terminer les <em><strong>comp\u00e9tences-cl\u00e9s <\/strong><\/em>requises pour le poste<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>se limiter <\/strong><\/em>dans la pr\u00e9sentation du haut de CV <em><strong>\u00e0 ces comp\u00e9tences<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000080\">Avantages :<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align:justify\">\n<li>A la fois <em><strong>clair et ax\u00e9 sur les comp\u00e9tences-cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/em> du poste souhait\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Donne en m\u00eame temps une <em><strong>bonne lisibilit\u00e9 de votre parcours<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li>Facilite donc le travail des recruteurs en <em><strong>distinguant plus facilement les candidats correspondant au poste<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li>Pour les postes \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9s, les profils polyvalents ou d&rsquo;experts, il permet de donner tout de suite<em><strong> l&rsquo;\u00e9ventail de vos comp\u00e9tences dans diff\u00e9rents domaines <\/strong><\/em>ou &#8211; au contraire &#8211; de <em><strong>mettre l&rsquo;accent sur vos savoir-faire tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifiques<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000080\">Inconv\u00e9nients :<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align:justify\">\n<li><em><strong>Difficile <\/strong><\/em>pour certains candidats <em><strong>d&rsquo;identifier les comp\u00e9tences-cl\u00e9s <\/strong><\/em>pour le poste<\/li>\n<li>Demande un esprit de <em><strong>synth\u00e8se particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9<\/strong><\/em> pour ne pas \u00e9crire des CV de 3 \u00e0 5 pages<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Difficile \u00e0 structurer<\/strong><\/em> : il faut <em><strong>garder un bon \u00e9quilibre<\/strong><\/em> entre les <em><strong>comp\u00e9tences-cl\u00e9s du haut du CV<\/strong><\/em>, les <em><strong>rubriques habituelles<\/strong><\/em> du CV et la <em><strong>lettre de candidature<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Mais le jeu en vaut la chandelle : si vous avez bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 votre recherche d&#8217;emploi par une bonne analyse de vos comp\u00e9tence<em><strong>s, vous disposerez d&rsquo;un \u00e9ventail de vos savoir-faire<\/strong><\/em> et vous pourrez ainsi <em><strong>s\u00e9lectionner ceux qui correspondent au mieux au poste recherch\u00e9<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">\n<h4 style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000080\"><em><strong>Petit rappel<\/strong><\/em> :<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align:justify\">si vous ne savez plus tr\u00e8s bien la <em><strong>diff\u00e9rence entre qualit\u00e9s et comp\u00e9tences<\/strong><\/em>, <a href=\"http:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2011\/02\/05\/modele-de-cv-mindmap-cv-de-debutant\/\" target=\"_blank\">visitez cette page o\u00f9 je fais la distinction<\/a>.<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><span style=\"color:#000080\"><em><strong><\/strong><strong>Did you like this article?
