They store the following there:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>videos to watch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>audio files<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>infographics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They completely forget that digital technology constitutes a space in its own right. A space in which learners are entitled to the same quality of training as they would receive in a classroom or on an external visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To make my point easier to understand, I have created this interactive Genially infographic summarising my argument. Because everything revolves around them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-coblocks-click-to-tweet is-style-default\"><p class=\"wp-block-coblocks-click-to-tweet__text\">Your training \u00e9chouent, le march\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi qui \u00e9volue, les repr\u00e9sentations qu&rsquo;il se fait de l&#8217;emploi ou de la formation, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ce qu&rsquo;il entend : ce que son entourage ou les m\u00e9dias disent de la formation, de l&#8217;emploi, de sa cat\u00e9gorie socio-professionnelle, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>their expectations regarding the training: content, support, follow-up, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>her fears: of being \"ripped off, not having enough time, lacking experience, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>his limiting beliefs: that he was no longer capable of studying, that he was not technically competent enough, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will therefore be necessary to ensure that not only <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2021\/05\/25\/scenario-pedagogique-abc-learning-design\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"24194\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">multiple activities<\/a> but one <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2021\/05\/26\/training-a-teaching-progress-model\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"24223\">support program<\/a> or a device <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2020\/04\/07\/jacques-rodet-pratiques-du-tutorat-a-distance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tutoring <\/a>that can meet these space<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By definition, hybrid training takes place in several spaces:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>in a classroom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at my home<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in the company canteen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on public transports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in a virtual space (virtual reality, augmented reality, metaverse, escape game, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, learners may be in different locations at the same time: as in the <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2019\/12\/10\/presentiel-contre-elearning-une-opposition-factice\/\">co-modal training<\/a> or higfhlex. In class, learners can interpret body language and observe the movements of the teacher or trainer. Online, this is very difficult, even if you have an environment designed for co-modal learning, with multiple microphones, cameras that can follow the trainer's movements, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even though I am in a virtual space, I am entitled to a learning experience equivalent to that of the person sitting in the classroom. But set limits: otherwise, learners will fall asleep, distracted by thousands of other stimuli, especially in our world saturated with information and notifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>synchronous \/ asynchronous<\/strong> : use both modes to energise your training. The <strong>synchronous <\/strong>acts as a <strong>ritual <\/strong>: it requires learners to log in on time and comply with collective standards. Synchronous learning is like the backbone of your training programme. It gives it a specific structure, rhythm and tempo. <strong>asynchronous<\/strong>, on the contrary, brings a <strong>real flexibility for your training<\/strong>It is within this informal space that learners study at their own pace and can experiment without risk. They can acquire skills that promote independence. At the same time, offer them support: an FAQ page, an online community, a messaging service to contact the teacher\/trainer when needed. Je vois dans certains cours en ligne des vid\u00e9os de quarante-cinq minutes. Alors, qu&rsquo;au bout de sept ou huit minutes, la plupart des adultes commence \u00e0 d\u00e9crocher. Faites des vid\u00e9os courtes. Au besoin, faites des <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2021\/06\/01\/video-interactive-3-outils-pour-vos-supports-pedagogiques\/\">vid\u00e9os interactives <\/a>: m\u00eame si elles sont plus longues, elles sont entrecoup\u00e9es de questions ou de temps de r\u00e9flexion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"les-technologies\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technologies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous vivons dans un monde litt\u00e9ralement fascin\u00e9 par la technologie. Et nous pensons na\u00efvement &#8211; et les entreprises num\u00e9riques nous incitent \u00e0 penser &#8211; que plus nous utilisons de moyens technologiques, meilleure sera notre formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, la technologie doit servir la p\u00e9dagogie. <\/strong>Et la technologie la plus r\u00e9cente, la plus co\u00fbteuse, la plus \u00e9volu\u00e9e n&rsquo;est pas forc\u00e9ment la meilleure. Parfois, un carnet et un crayon feront plus de miracles pour la prise de notes que l&rsquo;application la plus \u00e9volu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vid\u00e9o est rarement l&rsquo;outil id\u00e9al, contrairement aux id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues. Une <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2014\/04\/09\/pensee-visuelle-du-mindmapping-aux-organisateurs-graphiques-2\/\">infographie ou une carte conceptuelle<\/a> peuvent expliquer de fa\u00e7on plus claire &#8211; et moins co\u00fbteuse &#8211; un parcours, une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;\u00e9tapes vers un objectif. Cela peut-\u00eatre du plaisir, de la clart\u00e9, de la pr\u00e9cision, etc. Souvent, les entreprises pr\u00e9sentent leurs technologies comme innovantes, alors qu&rsquo;elles ne font que transposer dans le num\u00e9rique des d\u00e9marches p\u00e9dagogiques d\u00e9j\u00e0 existantes. Et parfois, avec une perte pour l&rsquo;apprenant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que l&rsquo;apprenant perd en utilisant cette technologie<\/strong> ? Une question rarement pos\u00e9e et pourtant essentielle. Cela peut-\u00eatre la perte d&rsquo;un geste essentiel &#8211; taper sur les touches d&rsquo;un clavier n&rsquo;a pas le m\u00eame impact mental que r\u00e9diger une phrase \u00e0 la main. Parler lors d&rsquo;une vid\u00e9o-conf\u00e9rence n&rsquo;a pas le m\u00eame effet que s&rsquo;exprimer en  face-\u00e0-face, ne fut-ce qu&rsquo;\u00e0 cause de la perte du langage corporel. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faites ensuite la balance entre les deux<\/strong> : l&rsquo;apprenant gagne-t-il plus qu&rsquo;il perd ? Si ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas, revenez \u00e0 une technologie diff\u00e9rente, voire \u00e0 pas de technologie du tout. Le discours convaincant peut \u00eatre plus efficace qu&rsquo;une vid\u00e9o 3D.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"la-pedagogie\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pedagogy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&rsquo;ai failli \u00e9crire\u00a0\u00bb le titre \u00ab\u00a0P\u00e9dagogie\u00a0\u00bb avec une majuscule. C&rsquo;est que, pour moi, la p\u00e9dagogie est la dimension de la formation hybride &#8211; et de toute formation, d&rsquo;ailleurs &#8211; qui doit primer sur les autres. Apr\u00e8s tout, vos apprenants sont l\u00e0 pour apprendre. Ou alors, vous avez tout faux !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une p\u00e9dagogie adulte devrait d&rsquo;abord \u00eatre une \u00ab\u00a0p\u00e9dagogie active\u00a0\u00bb. Ce n&rsquo;est pas pour rien que nous avons baptis\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/activepedagogy.substack.com\/\">P\u00e9dagogies actives<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0, notre lettre d&rsquo;info p\u00e9dagogique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Privil\u00e9giez le r\u00f4le de facilitateur de votre formation<\/strong> : faites faire un maximum de choses par vos apprenants. C&rsquo;est ainsi qu&rsquo;ils apprendront le mieux et \u00e0 long terme. En outre, c&rsquo;est un \u00e9lement important <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2023\/08\/22\/quest-ce-que-la-presence-en-formation-a-distance\/\">de la pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 distance<\/a> : la possibilit\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;apprenant d&rsquo;exercer un contr\u00f4le sur sa formation et sur son \u00e9volution au sein de celle-ci. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Variez les activit\u00e9s et respectez une progression p\u00e9dagogique<\/strong> : cela vous permet d&rsquo;\u00e9viter l&rsquo;ennui &#8211; rien de plus ennuyeux qu&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie de vid\u00e9os ou de pr\u00e9sentation du m\u00eame format. Cela rafra\u00eechit le cerveau de vos apprenants : un quiz apr\u00e8s une infographie et avant un chemin multiple qui lui-m\u00eame conduit \u00e0 une infographie de synth\u00e8se. A chaque fois, le cerveau de vos apprenants accueille la nouveaut\u00e9 comme l&rsquo;eau fra\u00eeche un jour de canicule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alternez les activit\u00e9s individuelles et celles de groupe<\/strong> : ainsi vous profitez des logiques de comp\u00e9tition et de collaboration, qui se retrouvent aussi dans le \u00ab\u00a0monde r\u00e9el\u00a0\u00bb, en-dehors de la formation. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Donnez \u00e0 vos apprenants l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur leurs pratiques d&rsquo;apprentissage<\/strong> : sans l\u00e2cher le gros mot \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9tacognition\u00a0\u00bb, proposez \u00e0 vos apprenants des moments de r\u00e9flexion individuelle et d&rsquo;\u00e9changes entre eux sur ce qu&rsquo;ils ont appris, comment ils l&rsquo;ont appris, ce qui va leur servir dans leur quotidien professionnel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Favorisez la naissance d&rsquo;une communaut\u00e9 apprenante<\/strong> : donnez \u00e0 vos apprenants l&rsquo;occasion de se retrouver, y compris de mani\u00e8re informelle, dans et autour de votre formation. Donnez-leur l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;\u00e9changer sur leurs objectifs, leurs m\u00e9thodes, leurs craintes et leurs envies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"jongler-avec-les-dimensions-de-la-formation-hybride\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Juggling the dimensions of hybrid training<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour avoir pratiqu\u00e9 la formation hybride depuis bient\u00f4t vingt ans, j&rsquo;ai conscience que jongler avec toutes ces dimensions de la formation hybride n&rsquo;est pas une mince affaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trop souvent, je vois des formations standardis\u00e9es, avec des vid\u00e9os esth\u00e9tiquement irr\u00e9prochables, mais qui, d&rsquo;un point de vue p\u00e9dagogique, passent tout simplement \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de leur objectif. C&rsquo;est aussi plus facilement \u00ab\u00a0vendable\u00a0\u00bb au client : tant de vid\u00e9o, \u00e0 tant de l&rsquo;heure. C&rsquo;est plus facile \u00e0 expliquer que la pens\u00e9e design, les objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques, la granularit\u00e9. Le grand perdant de ces pratiques plus commerciales que p\u00e9dagogiques sont les apprenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avoir ces dimensions de la formation hybride en t\u00eate de la conception \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation finale de votre formation vous permettra d&rsquo;\u00e9viter bien des erreurs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je suis de plus en plus convaincu que <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2023\/09\/19\/formation-a-distance-pour-adultes-lavenir-est-multimodal\/\">la formation de l&rsquo;avenir est multimodale<\/a>. Elle doit pouvoir s&rsquo;articuler en fonction des objectifs des formateurs et des besoins des apprenants. Mais, de nombreuse entreprises de formation consid\u00e8rent leur travail comme une production industrielle. Un produit \u00ab\u00a0scalable\u00a0\u00bb, qui doit permettre un maximum de gains pour un minimum d&rsquo;investissement.
