En Communaut\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise, les 1<strong>6-25 ans repr\u00e9sentent 14% du public des formations en alphab\u00e9tisation de Lire et Ecrire !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Je trouve cela interpellant : tous ces jeunes sont \u00e0 peine sortis de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole et ils ne savent d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus lire (ou pas encore !).\u00a0 Et ce n&rsquo;est pas par manque de motivation,\u00a0 puisqu&rsquo;ils s&rsquo;inscrivent dans une asbl d&rsquo;alphab\u00e9tisation, malgr\u00e9 la difficult\u00e9 que doit repr\u00e9senter le fait de se dire illettr\u00e9 et d&rsquo;apprendre avec des adultes qui, pour certains, n&rsquo;ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 scolaris\u00e9s ou \u00e0 peine !\u00a0 Cela signifie donc que le d\u00e9sir d&rsquo;apprendre existe, mais qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;a trouv\u00e9 aucun \u00e9cho tout au long de la vie scolaire.\u00a0 Il y a l\u00e0 de quoi se poser de s\u00e9rieuses questions sur la qualit\u00e9 de notre enseignement et, en particulier, sur l&rsquo;ad\u00e9quation entre les pratiques scolaires et l&rsquo;app\u00e9tence des jeunes pour l&rsquo;\u00e9tude&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#ff0000\"><em><strong>2. Quelle est la pratique Internet des jeunes ?<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">On estime \u00e0 4% les 16-24 ans qui n&rsquo;ont jamais utilis\u00e9 (2% en Flandre, 7% en Wallonie et 9% \u00e0 Bruxelles) un ordinateur et \u00e0 5% ceux qui n&rsquo;ont jamais touch\u00e9 \u00e0 Internet (2% en flandre, 8% en Wallonie et 10% \u00e0 Bruxelles).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Mais le niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes modifie sensiblement la donne, puisque chez les moins dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s (pas le secondaire sup\u00e9rieur) ils sont 8% \u00e0 n&rsquo;avoir jamais surf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Si on examine l&rsquo;assiduit\u00e9 \u00e0 Internet, on constate que 75% des jeunes sont des utilisateurs r\u00e9guliers (presque tous les jours) 16% l&rsquo;utilisent de mani\u00e8re \u00e9pisodique (pas dans les derniers trois mois) et 9% ne l&rsquo;ont pas utilis\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Selon une enqu\u00eate Statbel (2007), 4 motifs principaux sont invoqu\u00e9s par les jeunes non-utilisateurs sont les suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mat\u00e9riel trop cher (51%)<\/li>\n<li>Internet pas n\u00e9cessaire (31%)<\/li>\n<li>frais de connexion trop \u00e9lev\u00e9s (27%)<\/li>\n<li>manque de comp\u00e9tences informatiques (30%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Pour ce dernier motif, on observe des divergences \u00e9normes et inqui\u00e9tantes : 24% en Flandre, 20% en Wallonie et 68% \u00e0 Bruxelles !!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/format30.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/manque-de-competences-informatiques.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-attachment-id=\"748\" data-permalink=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/en\/2010\/02\/17\/jeunes-informatique-et-entreprise-un-decalage-croissant-entre-offre-et-demande-des-competences\/manque-de-competences-informatiques\/\" data-orig-file=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/format30.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/manque-de-competences-informatiques.jpg?fit=598%2C396&amp;ssl=1\" data-orig-size=\"598,396\" data-comments-opened=\"1\" data-image-meta=\"{&quot;aperture&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;credit&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;camera&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;caption&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;created_timestamp&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;copyright&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;focal_length&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;iso&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;shutter_speed&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;title&quot;:&quot;&quot;}\" data-image-title=\"Manque de comp\u00e9tences informatiques\" data-image-description=\"&lt;p&gt;Graphique en tarte montrant les r\u00e9partitions de jeunes d\u00e9clarant manquer de comp\u00e9tences informatiques.&lt;\/p&gt;\" data-image-caption=\"\" data-large-file=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/format30.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/manque-de-competences-informatiques.jpg?fit=598%2C396&amp;ssl=1\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-748\" title=\"Manque de comp\u00e9tences informatiques\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/format30.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/manque-de-competences-informatiques.jpg?resize=300%2C198&#038;ssl=1\" height=\"198\" width=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Le domicile reste le lieu essentiel d&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;Internet pour les jeunes : 92% d&rsquo;entre eux, avec peu de variation selon l&rsquo;\u00e2ge et le statut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">L&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;Internet sur le lieu de travail varie \u00e9galement selon le niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9tude :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>enseignement sup\u00e9rieur : deux jeunes sur trois<\/li>\n<li>secondaire sup\u00e9rieur : un jeune sur trois<\/li>\n<li>secondaire inf\u00e9rieur : un jeune sur quatre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">L&rsquo;Internet \u00e0 domicile est li\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que les auteurs appellent une \u201cculture en chambre\u201d, la chambre \u00e9tant le lieu o\u00f9 de nombreux jeunes passent l&rsquo;essentiel de leur temps.
