\u00a0Ce sont ceux qui :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ont toujours termin\u00e9 leurs exercices ou rendu leur travaux avant la deadline<\/li>\n<li>qui demandent \u00e0 ouvrir la section suivante plus t\u00f4t car ils veulent avancer<\/li>\n<li>posent des questions qui anticipent sur la mati\u00e8re suivante<\/li>\n<li>prennent des initiatives, comme la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un groupe sur Facebook, par exemple<\/li>\n<li>proposent de nouveaux exercices, des ressources in\u00e9dites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Les influenceurs, des leaders qui inspirent<\/h3>\n<p>Une autre cat\u00e9gorie d&rsquo;apprenants se distingue par leur influence sur les autres participants. \u00a0Je les appelle les \u00ab\u00a0influenceurs\u00a0\u00bb, car ils ont le don d&rsquo;influencer le comportement des autres, de les entra\u00eener vers de nouvelles activit\u00e9s \u00a0sans forcer. \u00a0Ce sont ceux qui :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>entra\u00eenent les autres \u00e0 entamer une activit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>leur remontent le moral quand ils ont une baisse d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie<\/li>\n<li>prennent naturellement la direction d&rsquo;un groupe, sans avoir l&rsquo;air d&rsquo;y toucher<\/li>\n<li>donnent du sens \u00e0 une action collective<\/li>\n<li>ou qui orientent le sens d&rsquo;une activit\u00e9 (les \u00ab\u00a0hackers\u00a0\u00bb)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_13459\" astuces pour aller plus vite, pour d\u00e9couvrir de nouvelles connaissances, pour exp\u00e9rimenter de nouvelles applications<\/li>\n<li>rassurent les autres et les tirent vers le haut quand ils rencontrent des obstacles techniques ou ne comprennent pas un nouveau concept.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color:#000080;\">Rep\u00e9rer les candidats qui\u00a0d\u00e9montrent de vraies comp\u00e9tences IT<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Certains participants d\u00e9montrent de vraies comp\u00e9tences IT d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ils comprennent imm\u00e9diatement l&rsquo;environnement<\/li>\n<li>ils naviguent facilement dans l&rsquo;interface<\/li>\n<li>ils utilisent de nouveaux logiciels et applications de mani\u00e8re intuitive<\/li>\n<li>ils peuvent aider les autres \u00e0 naviguer sur la plateforme ou \u00e0 utiliser un logiciel ou une application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color:#000080;\">Rep\u00e9rer l&rsquo;autonomie de l&rsquo;apprentissage<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;autonomie d&rsquo;apprentissage, certains participants se d\u00e9marquent aussi tr\u00e8s rapidement par leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 ressources mises \u00e0 leur disposition.<\/p>\n<p>A l&rsquo;heure o\u00f9 le monde \u00e9volue \u00e0 la vitesse de la lumi\u00e8re, la capacit\u00e9 des collaborateurs \u00e0 apprendre tout au long de la vie constitue un avantage comp\u00e9titif sans prix&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color:#000080;\">Pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance et respect des consignes<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En su libro <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/gp\/product\/2501095545\/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1642&amp;creative=6746&amp;creativeASIN=2501095545&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;tag=format30-21&quot;&gt;COMMENT LES participants qui :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vont jusqu&rsquo;au bout de la formation, quelles que soient les difficult\u00e9s qu&rsquo;ils rencontrent<\/li>\n<li>ceux qui visitent syst\u00e9matiquement la rubrique \u00ab\u00a0Pour aller plus loin\u00a0\u00bb, une rubrique facultative qui permet d&rsquo;approfondir la th\u00e9matique de la semaine ou du sujet<\/li>\n<li>respectent, voire anticipent les deadlines (dates limites de remise des travaux, par exemple)<\/li>\n<li>respectent les consignes, ce qui n&rsquo;est pas toujours le cas des plus intelligents d&rsquo;entre eux : mais la qualit\u00e9 pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante recherch\u00e9e chez un candidat \u00e0 un poste, ce n&rsquo;est pas toujours l&rsquo;intelligence, ce peut \u00eatre aussi la sociabilit\u00e9, la r\u00e9sistance au stress, le respect des consignes, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color:#000080;\">Un exemple concret : les participants du SPOC \u00ab\u00a0Cr\u00e9ez votre cours en ligne\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Les comp\u00e9tences que j&rsquo;ai list\u00e9es ci-dessus sont toutes des comp\u00e9tences g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes, transversales. \u00a0Elle peuvent concerner toutes les professions et tous les secteurs.<\/p>\n<p>Mais qu&rsquo;en est-il de comp\u00e9tences professionnelles plus sp\u00e9cifiques ?<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;attitude et les comp\u00e9tences des participants d&rsquo;un SPOC o u d&rsquo;un MOOC par rapport au contenu de celui-ci peut vous en apprendre beaucoup sur leur potentiel professionnel.<\/p>\n<p>Cr\u00e9ateur et animateur du SPOC \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.spocenstock.com\/creez-votre-cours-en-ligne.html\">Cr\u00e9ez votre cours en ligne<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb j&rsquo;ai pu observer chacun des participants pendant les 5 semaines que dure cette formation en ligne. \u00a0Et j&rsquo;ai pu observer quels \u00e9taient les profils de ces futurs formateurs en e-learning.<\/p>\n<h3>Les qualit\u00e9s de p\u00e9dagogues<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai pu, par exemple, identifier tr\u00e8s rapidement ceux et celles qui disposent de vraies qualit\u00e9s de p\u00e9dagogues :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ceux qui peuvent identifier tr\u00e8s vite et avec pertinence les besoins de leurs public<\/li>\n<li>qui peuvent imaginer des solutions innovantes et performantes<\/li>\n<li>qui \u00a0peuvent s\u00e9quencer une formation pour en faire un dispositif progressif<\/li>\n<li>qui peuvent r\u00e9aliser des supports de formation efficaces<\/li>\n<li>qui peuvent mettre en ligne un module clair, navigable et pertinent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Les comp\u00e9tences techniques<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai pu aussi rep\u00e9rer ceux qui pr\u00e9sentent de r\u00e9elles comp\u00e9tences techniques, qui comprennent rapidement comment fonctionne une plateforme.<\/p>\n<p>Qui sont capables d&rsquo;utiliser un nouveau logiciel pour cr\u00e9er un support de formation pertinent par rapport \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tence ou \u00e0 la connaissance \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir.<\/p>\n<h3>Les qualit\u00e9s de communicateur<\/h3>\n<p>Et, last but not least, celles et ceux qui s&rsquo;expriment clairement et qui peuvent le faire sur des m\u00e9dias diff\u00e9rents en comprenant le code et la grammaire particuliers \u00e0 chacun.<\/p>\n<p>Qui sont capables de faire passer leurs messages tant par du texte que de la vid\u00e9o, des cartes mentales ou des infographies, par exemple.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color:#000080;\">Conclusion : MOOC et SPOC, des outils particuli\u00e8rement performants pour identifier les meilleurs profils RH<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ma conclusion est \u00e9vidente \u00e0 la lecture de ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de. \u00a0Par la richesse et la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des informations que le comportement des participants aux formations en ligne fourni aux observateurs, les SPOC et les MOOC se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent un outil incontournable des RH \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir.<\/p>\n<p>Leur co\u00fbt peut \u00eatre amorti rapidement si un cabinet conseil RH est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans un secteur particulier. \u00a0Un MOOC ou un SPOC correspondant \u00a0ce secteur leur permettra d&rsquo;identifier en quelques semaines
