N&rsquo;oubliez pas que vous \u00eates d&rsquo;abord l\u00e0 pour enseigner et transmettre<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-badges-et-gamification-ne-sont-pas-synonymes\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Badges et gamification ne sont pas synonymes<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand on parle de <em>gamification<\/em> (ou de ludification ou de ludicisation), les gens vous r\u00e9pondent 9 fois sur 10 (et je suis gentil&#8230;) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0<em>&#8211; ah, oui, les badges !<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est vrai que les badges sont un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de la gamification. \u00a0<strong>Mais ils ne sont qu&rsquo;un seul \u00e9l\u00e9ment parmi d&rsquo;autres.<\/strong> \u00a0La gamification, c&rsquo;est beaucoup plus vaste et plus complexe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-gamification-qu-est-ce-que-c-est\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">La gamification, qu&rsquo;est-ce que c&rsquo;est ?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La \"\u00a0<strong><em>gamification<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;application \u00e0 un domaine (la formation, le marketing, le management, etc.) <strong>des principes du&nbsp;jeu<\/strong>. &nbsp;C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les r\u00e8gles, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le score, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le plaisir, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>les \u00e9l\u00e9ments mat\u00e9riels du jeu comme<\/strong> :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>le plateau, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les avatars. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mais aussi des principes plus abstraits comme<\/strong> :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la comp\u00e9tition, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la collaboration, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le sentiment d&rsquo;avoir accompli quelque chose, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le fait de relever des d\u00e9fis, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ecc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-badges-et-gamification-est-ce-la-meme-chose\">Badges et gamification, est-ce la m\u00eame chose ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les badges sont un \u00e9l\u00e9ment mat\u00e9riel&nbsp;de la gamification. &nbsp;Ils en sont une partie visible, <strong>une mat\u00e9rialisation des r\u00e9compenses symboliques du jeu<\/strong>. &nbsp;Mais, ils n&rsquo;en constituent pas l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour autant, ils sont int\u00e9ressants. &nbsp;J&rsquo;ai suivi partiellement un MOOC sur les d\u00e9fis qui attendent l&rsquo;enseignement dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es sur une plateforme australienne. Nous recevions des badges amusants pour chaque activit\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e. &nbsp;Nous pouvions voir aussi quels badges les autres participants avaient re\u00e7us. &nbsp;Et c&rsquo;\u00e9tait stimulant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-badges-et-gamification-dans-mes-formations\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Badges et gamification dans mes formations <\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le SPOC&nbsp;<strong>Formez en ligne<\/strong>, j&rsquo;avais d&rsquo;abord pens\u00e9 ne pas me servir des badges et finalement, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de les utiliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je les avais cr\u00e9\u00e9s avec <em>Iconion<\/em>, un programme de cr\u00e9ation et de modification d&rsquo;ic\u00f4nes. &nbsp;J&rsquo;ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 un jeu de badges diff\u00e9rents pour chaque semaine. &nbsp;Chaque semaine a sa propre couleur. &nbsp;Les badges sont d\u00e9cern\u00e9s lorsque certaines activit\u00e9s sont marqu\u00e9es comme termin\u00e9es par le participant. &nbsp;Cela signifie que le participant a une possibilit\u00e9 de choix : il peut r\u00e9clamer ou non son badge en marquant ou non l&rsquo;activit\u00e9. C&rsquo;est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette plateforme que nous avons pu int\u00e9grer de la gamification (ou ludification) dans nos MOOC, le<a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/es\/cours-gratuits-ressources-educatives-libres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> MOOC Dys et le MOOC DIMPA<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-dangers-du-systeme-badges-et-gamification\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Les dangers du syst\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0badges et gamification<\/span>\u00ab\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrairement \u00e0 ce que vous pourriez penser, la gamification, ce n&rsquo;est pas quelque chose de simple. &nbsp; Vous pouvez vous tromper compl\u00e8tement \u00e0 propos des motivations de votre public. &nbsp;Un des syst\u00e8mes de gamification qui m&rsquo;a le plus d\u00e9\u00e7u &#8211; et m\u00eame \u00e9nerv\u00e9 parfois &#8211; c&rsquo;est celui de Kobo Books.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-des-recompenses-qui-ne-signifient-rien-pour-le-beneficiaire\">1 Des r\u00e9compenses qui ne signifient rien pour le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lecteur inv\u00e9t\u00e9r\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert les e-books il y a quelques ann\u00e9es et donc je lis de moins en moins de livres en papier (moins de 10 % de mes lectures actuelles). &nbsp;Kobo Books pensait me r\u00e9compenser en m&rsquo;attribuant des badges. &nbsp; Des badges pour avoir fini un livre en moins d&rsquo;une semaine (j&rsquo;en lis en moyenne deux par semaine), pour avoir lu entre 2 et 3 heures du matin (je n&rsquo;appr\u00e9cie que tr\u00e8s mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment cette r\u00e9compense pour \u00ab\u00a0insomnie\u00a0\u00bb), un badge pour avoir lu un livre de \u00ab\u00a0non-fiction\u00a0\u00bb (c&rsquo;est \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s la moiti\u00e9 de ce que je lis, l&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9 \u00e9tant compos\u00e9e de romans, de po\u00e9sie et de th\u00e9\u00e2tre).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&rsquo;abord, je n&rsquo;ai rien demand\u00e9. &nbsp; On m&rsquo;attribue des badges que l&rsquo;on m&rsquo;incite \u00e0 partager sur Facebook (ce que je me refuse \u00e0 faire, mes habitudes de lecture ne regardent que moi&#8230; et vous \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent !).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ensuite, et c&rsquo;est sans doute le plus important, &nbsp;<strong>ces badges n&rsquo;ont aucun sens pour moi<\/strong> : je lis un ou deux livres par semaine ? &nbsp;Oui, et c&rsquo;est comme \u00e7a depuis 45 ans&#8230; &nbsp;Je lis la nuit ? &nbsp;Oui, je dors peu&#8230; Ces badges ne m&rsquo;apprennent rien sur moi que je ne sache d\u00e9j\u00e0. &nbsp;Ils ne t\u00e9moignent pas d&rsquo;une progression, d&rsquo;un engagement particulier. &nbsp;Et donc, je les trouve plus ennuyeux qu&rsquo;autre chose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-des-recompenses-extrinseques-qui-finissent-par-demotiver\">2 Des r\u00e9compenses extrins\u00e8ques qui finissent par d\u00e9motiver<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un autre danger de la gamification, c&rsquo;est de compter uniquement sur des r\u00e9compenses de type extrins\u00e8que. &nbsp; De penser qu&rsquo;offrir un badge ou un certain nombre de points va vous inciter \u00e0 vous engager. &nbsp; En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ces r\u00e9compenses constituent&nbsp;une motivation externe, qui risque d&rsquo;entrer en conflit avec les motivations internes de la personne. &nbsp;Un exemple tr\u00e8s significatif : les tableaux de scores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beaucoup de gens s&rsquo;imaginent que les tableaux des scores sont un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel de motivation. &nbsp;Ils sont d&rsquo;ailleurs utilis\u00e9s pour stimuler les vendeurs. &nbsp; Pourtant, un tableau de score ne fonctionnera que si vous avez des chances de vous retrouver dans les 10 % de joueurs de t\u00eate. &nbsp; Si vous affichez un score de 5400 points alors que le premier affiche 12 millions de points, quelle sera votre r\u00e9action ? Un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le insidieux des joueurs, voire des citoyens<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La gamification ne fait pas l&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9 loin s&rsquo;en faut et les arguments des opposants ne manquent pas de sens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;essayiste Evgueni Morozov, dans son &nbsp;ouvrage&nbsp;\u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/Pour-tout-r%C3%A9soudre-cliquez-solutionnisme\/dp\/2364051150\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cliquer ici pour tout r\u00e9soudre : l&rsquo;aberration du solutionnisme technologique<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0, critique notamment les d\u00e9rives de la gamification. &nbsp;Il met l&rsquo;accent sur le changement important que constitue le remplacement d&rsquo;imp\u00e9ratifs moraux par des stimuli de comp\u00e9tition, de r\u00e9seaux de surveillance mutuelle, etc..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces craintes sont loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre infond\u00e9es. &nbsp;Les autorit\u00e9s chinoises ont mis en place un syst\u00e8me de gamification de ses citoyens pour augmenter leur taux d&rsquo;ob\u00e9issance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vid\u00e9o ci-dessous d\u00e9montre le d\u00e9tournement des principes de la gamification pour obtenir ce contr\u00f4le des citoyens et leur coop\u00e9ration volontaire \u00e0 leur propre asservissement. &nbsp;La Bo\u00e9tie et son asservissement volontaire sont toujours d&rsquo;actualit\u00e9&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/lHcTKWiZ8sI?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=es-ES&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-collaboration-une-dimension-souvent-oubliee-et-pourtant-essentielle-de-la-gamification\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">La collaboration, une dimension souvent oubli\u00e9e et pourtant essentielle<\/span> de la gamification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&rsquo;autres critiques de la gamification et de l&#8217;emploi des jeux en \u00e9ducation <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/es\/2023\/07\/04\/gamification-et-competition-le-couple-infernal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">soulignent l&rsquo;aspect comp\u00e9titif de ceux-ci<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rien n&rsquo;est plus \u00e9loign\u00e9 de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. &nbsp;Dans une interview de Bing Gordon, un des sp\u00e9cialistes de l&rsquo;industrie du jeu interview\u00e9s par Kevin Werbach au cours du MOOC Gamification sur Coursera, ce dernier pr\u00e9cise que :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0<em>Dans le jeu, la collaboration l&#8217;emporte sur la comp\u00e9tition dans un rapport de 1 \u00e0 3<\/em>.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et il ne parle ni de jeu s\u00e9rieux (s\u00e9rious game) ni de \u00ab\u00a0gamification\u00a0\u00bb, mais bien de jeu en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire ceux que les entreprises qu&rsquo;il conseille vendent par millions d&rsquo;exemplaires&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les quelques exemples de gamification que je vois mis en place dans <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/es\/2019\/12\/10\/presentiel-contre-elearning-une-opposition-factice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">les MOOC ou les formations en ligne <\/a>sont surtout de type individuel ou de comp\u00e9tition. \u00a0Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments les plus sophistiqu\u00e9s sont les tableaux de scores, les badges et les points. \u00a0 On retrouve dans ce sch\u00e9mas, celui des notes de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole que pourtant de plus en plus de parents et d&rsquo;enseignants rejettent&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je r\u00eave de formations o\u00f9 la gamification consiste \u00e0 rassembler des groupes au sein desquels la collaboration, la coop\u00e9ration sont encourag\u00e9es tandis qu&rsquo;ils pr\u00e9parent une comp\u00e9tition f\u00e9roce \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard des autres groupes. &nbsp;Avec, pourquoi pas, des transferts d&rsquo;un groupe \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre, des alliances temporaires, etc. &nbsp;Exactement comme dans tous les groupes humains que nous fr\u00e9quentons : l&rsquo;\u00e9cole, l&rsquo;entreprise, les clubs sportifs ou culturels, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-necessaire-equilibre-entre-nbsp-gamification-et-qualite-pedagogique\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Un n\u00e9cessaire \u00e9quilibre entre&nbsp;gamification et qualit\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-coblocks-click-to-tweet\"><p class=\"wp-block-coblocks-click-to-tweet__text\">La #gamification a beau \u00eatre un syst\u00e8me encourageant la #participation et l&rsquo;#engagement, elle ne suffit pas \u00e0 les garantir.<\/p><a class=\"wp-block-coblocks-click-to-tweet__twitter-btn\" href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/share?&amp;text=La%20%23gamification%20a%20beau%20%C3%AAtre%20un%20syst%C3%A8me%20encourageant%20la%20%23participation%20et%20l'%23engagement%2C%20elle%20ne%20suffit%20pas%20%C3%A0%20les%20garantir.&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fformat30.com%2Fes%2F2016%2F02%2F24%2Fcomment-utiliser-les-badges-et-la-gamification-en-e-learning-2%2F\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Tweet<\/a><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Seule la qualit\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique de votre formation fera r\u00e9ellement la diff\u00e9rence<\/strong> : il faut d&rsquo;abord et avant tout que vos apprenants trouvent la solution \u00e0 leur probl\u00e8me, une progression p\u00e9dagogique supportable, un environnement d&rsquo;apprentissage propice \u00e0 l&rsquo;acquisition de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais une sc\u00e9narisation intelligente, un \u00e9quilibre entre coop\u00e9ration et comp\u00e9tition, des niveaux de jeu qui correspondent \u00e0 une progression p\u00e9dagogique, des \u00e9preuves qui ont du sens pour les participants&#8230; &nbsp;Tous ces facteurs renforceront la qualit\u00e9 de votre cours ou de votre formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mais, encore une fois, l&rsquo;essentiel est ce que vous voulez transmettre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conclusions\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Conclusions :<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-jouez-a-la-fois-sur-les-motivations-intrinseques-et-extrinseques\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">1. Jouez \u00e0 la fois sur les motivations intrins\u00e8ques et extrins\u00e8ques<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les formations qui r\u00e9ussissent sont souvent celles qui, en-dehors du fait qu&rsquo;elles r\u00e9pondent aux probl\u00e8mes des apprenants, <strong>correspondent \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 des motivations intrins\u00e8ques et extrins\u00e8ques<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parce que tous les apprenants ne sont pas motiv\u00e9s par la m\u00eame chose &nbsp;: certains voudront progresser au niveau du d\u00e9veloppement personnel, d&rsquo;autres visent un avancement de carri\u00e8re, d&rsquo;autres encore sont pr\u00e9sents par obligation, somm\u00e9s par leur hi\u00e9rarchie de suivre la formation X&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories d&rsquo;apprenants ne r\u00e9pondront pas de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re au m\u00eames stimuli. &nbsp;Et si la gamification est impos\u00e9e ou trop manipulatrice, elle risque m\u00eame de rebuter ceux pour qui la motivation intrins\u00e8que est la plus importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-soyez-clair-et-respectez-une-rigoureuse-ethique-de-travail-nbsp\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">2.
