learning, e-learning, blended learning : quelques explications sur les modalit\u00e9s\u00a0d\u2019apprentissage\" href=\"http:\/\/format30.com\/es\/2010\/11\/24\/on-site-learning-e-learning-blended-learning-quelques-explications-sur-les-modalites-dapprentissage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">blended learning<\/a> : qui allie cours en pr\u00e9sentiel et formation \u00e0 distance).\u00a0 Comment s&rsquo;y prendre ?\u00a0 Quelles sont les \u00e9tapes \u00e0 respecter ?\u00a0 Et surtout, comment retenir l&rsquo;attention des apprenants, sachant que les abandons sont tr\u00e8s nombreux dans ce type d&rsquo;apprentissage ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Je suis moi-m\u00eame rel=\"noopener\">MOOCs <\/a>(Massive Online Open Courses &#8211; cours massifs en ligne et gratuits).\u00a0 Je suis donc toujours \u00e0 la recherche d&rsquo;outils et de m\u00e9thodes qui me permettent d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de mes cours, de les rendre plus attractifs pour les \u00e9tudiants et donc d&rsquo;abaisser le taux d&rsquo;abandon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Et, tout au long de mes recherches, j&rsquo;ai glan\u00e9 quelques trouvailles int\u00e9ressantes que j&rsquo;ai envie de partager avec vous.\u00a0 Que ce soit en mati\u00e8re de conception des cours\u00a0 eux-m\u00eames ou de m\u00e9thodes pour rendre les formations \u00e0 distance plus conviviales et attrayantes, plus \u00ab\u00a0<em><strong>user friendly<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0\u00bb comme le dit joliment l&rsquo;expression anglaise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je vous propose une<em> m\u00e9thode de conception de formation \u00e0 distance en quatre \u00e9tapes<\/em>.\u00a0 Je n&rsquo;ai rien invent\u00e9, c&rsquo;est une m\u00e9thode propos\u00e9e par <a title=\"Debbie Morrison's blog - how to design an excellent online course\" href=\"http:\/\/onlinelearninginsights.wordpress.com\/2013\/12\/09\/how-to-design-an-excellent-online-course\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Debbie Morrison sur son blog Online Learning Insights<\/a>.\u00a0 Mais je la trouve suffisamment int\u00e9ressante et bien structur\u00e9e.\u00a0 C&rsquo;est en fait la formalisation de beaucoup de nos efforts empiriques de concepteurs de formation.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000080;\">Le \u00ab\u00a0<em>Course design<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb inspir\u00e9 du \u00ab\u00a0<em>design \u00e9ducatif<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0<br \/><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Debbie Morrison s&rsquo;est inspir\u00e9e d&rsquo;un ouvrage de <a title=\"Klaus Krippendorf parle du design sur Vimeo\" href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/43316950\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Klaus Krippendorf<\/a>, sur le design, ses origines philosophiques et ses relations avec le langage.\u00a0 J&rsquo;aime beaucoup cette conception que Debbie Morrison appelle \u00ab\u00a0<em><strong>course design<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0\u00bb : \u00ab\u00a0<em><strong>Design ou conception de cours<\/strong><\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.\u00a0\u00a0 Le \u00ab\u00a0<em><strong>course design<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0\u00bb s&rsquo;inspire de \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;<em><strong>instructional design<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0\u00bb qu&rsquo;on peut traduire par \u00ab\u00a0<em><strong>design \u00e9ducatif<\/strong><\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.\u00a0 Le <em>design \u00e9ducatif<\/em> a d\u00e9j\u00e0 une longue vie derri\u00e8re lui puisque, si l&rsquo;on en croit cet <a title=\"Article de wikipedia sur l'instructional design (en anglais)\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Instructional_design\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">article de Wikipedia<\/a>, les premi\u00e8res tentatives remontent \u00e0 la seconde guerre mondiale et \u00e0 la formation des officiers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Le \u00ab\u00a0<em><strong>course design<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0\u00bb est une conception de la formation centr\u00e9e non sur les m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;enseignement, mais sur les m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;apprentissage.\u00a0 Sur la fa\u00e7on dont les \u00e9tudiants apprennent et non pas sur la mani\u00e8re dont les professeurs ou formateurs enseignent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas de jouer sur les mots, mais de changer de point de vue.\u00a0 Et ce changement de perspective entra\u00eene aussi des modifications de pratiques p\u00e9dagogiques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Les cours sont centr\u00e9s sur l&rsquo;apprenant et non sur l&rsquo;enseignant.\u00a0 Et sur les meilleurs outils et m\u00e9thodes pour susciter l&rsquo;envie d&rsquo;apprendre en ligne&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Debbie Morrison propose un\u00a0 tout-\u00e0-fait diff\u00e9rent !<\/li>\n<li>quelles sont ses <em><strong>motivations<\/strong> <\/em>?\u00a0 S&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer ?\u00a0 Obtenir une certification ?<\/li>\n<li>quel est son <em><strong>niveau de comp\u00e9tences<\/strong><\/em> ?\u00a0 Est-il d\u00e9butant ou expert ?<\/li>\n<li>quel est son <em><strong>acc\u00e8s \u00e0 Internet<\/strong> <\/em>?\u00a0 Du haut-d\u00e9bit ou une connexion t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique archa\u00efque ?\u00a0 Apprend-t-il via un PC de bureau, un portable, une tablette ou un smartphone ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lorsque vous connaissez votre public, attachez-vous \u00e0 d\u00e9finir votre <em><strong>approche p\u00e9dagogique<\/strong><\/em> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>plut\u00f4t connectiviste ?<\/li>\n<li>plut\u00f4t constructiviste ?<\/li>\n<li>plut\u00f4t instructiviste ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>D\u00e9finissez les <em><strong>objectifs d&rsquo;apprentissage<\/strong><\/em> pour chaque <em><strong>s\u00e9quence p\u00e9dagogique<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Analysez les <em><strong>modes de distribution de vos contenus<\/strong><\/em> : synchrone ou asynchrone ?\u00a0 Uniquement en ligne ou en apprentissage mixte (blended learning) ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Quels sont les <em><strong>outils Internet<\/strong><\/em> qui correspondent le mieux \u00e0 vos besoins et \u00e0 ceux de vos apprenants ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Enfin, d\u00e9terminez vos <em><strong>sources de contenus<\/strong><\/em> en fonction de vos <em><strong>objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000080;\">Deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape : le d\u00e9veloppement de votre cours<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">C&rsquo;est \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent le moment de d\u00e9velopper une <em><strong>strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;apprentissage !<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">M\u00e9langez les contenus d&rsquo;apprentissage : ceux que vous d\u00e9veloppez vous-m\u00eame, ceux que vous r\u00e9adapter de formations ant\u00e9rieures, que vous empruntez \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres formations, voire \u00e0 des productions de vos \u00e9tudiants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">C&rsquo;est le moment aussi de mettre en place vos <em><strong>m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation<\/strong><\/em> : quiz, \u00e9valuation par les pairs, forums, etc.\u00a0 D\u00e9terminez les <em><strong>crit\u00e8res de r\u00e9ussite<\/strong><\/em> pour chaque type de m\u00e9thode.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Cr\u00e9ez et d\u00e9crivez des <em><strong>activit\u00e9s<\/strong> <\/em>vari\u00e9es afin d&rsquo;inciter vos apprenants \u00e0 <em><strong>utiliser les nouvelles notions<\/strong><\/em> et\/ou <em><strong>comp\u00e9tences<\/strong> <\/em>acquises lors de votre formation : travaux pratiques, projets, travaux de groupes, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Identifiez aussi les <em><strong>crit\u00e8res et m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de votre cours<\/strong> <\/em>: que les participants puissent vous aider \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer via un feedback int\u00e9ressant.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000080;\">Troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape : l&rsquo;impl\u00e9mentation de votre formation en ligne<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Afin de v\u00e9rifier que tout fonctionne et que votre m\u00e9thodologie rencontre les besoins de votre public, lancez un <em><strong>cours-pilote<\/strong><\/em> \u00e0 destination d&rsquo;un petit groupe d&rsquo;apprenants issus de votre public.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Proc\u00e9dez \u00e0 une <em><strong>\u00e9valuation formative<\/strong><\/em> : qu&rsquo;ont r\u00e9ellement appris ces personnes qui ont pass\u00e9 le premier test de votre formation ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Sur base de ce <em><strong>feedback<\/strong><\/em>, r\u00e9visez votre formation : adaptez certains contenus, supprimez-en certains autres (pas d&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;\u00e2me !\u00a0 ils pourront peut-\u00eatre \u00eatre r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s pour d&rsquo;autres modules).\u00a0 Et ajoutez certaines choses qui pourraient manquer&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Proc\u00e9dez \u00e0 des \u00e9valuations formative et sommative avec votre groupe-pilote.\u00a0 Et tirez-en les conclusions en passant \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tape 4 :<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000080;\">Quatri\u00e8me \u00e9tape : l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation et la mise \u00e0 jour<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Rassemblez le feedback que vous avez obtenu de diverses sources, que ce soit au niveau qualitatif ou quantitatif.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Analysez ce feedback.\u00a0 Tenez compte aussi de facteurs externes \u00e0 votre formation.\u00a0 Il suffit que vous ayez programm\u00e9 le lancement de votre cours \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 les personnes prennent leurs cong\u00e9s pour diminuer significativement les taux de participation&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><em><strong>Comparez vos r\u00e9sultats<\/strong><\/em> avec ceux d&rsquo;institutions d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation comparables : analysez leurs mesures quantitatives et qualitatives.\u00a0 Que vous disent les r\u00e9sultats ?\u00a0 Etes-vous dans la moyenne ?\u00a0 Au-dessus ?\u00a0 En-dessous ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Et au besoin, <em><strong>r\u00e9visez vos phases d&rsquo;analyse<\/strong> <\/em>(quelque chose vous a peut-\u00eatre \u00e9chapp\u00e9) et\/ou <em><strong>de d\u00e9veloppement<\/strong><\/em> (la progression p\u00e9dagogique est peut-\u00eatre \u00e0 revoir : j&rsquo;ai chang\u00e9 la m\u00e9thode de langue que j&rsquo;utilisais avec mes \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 Maastricht.\u00a0 Et j&rsquo;en ai pris une qui respecte mieux la progression attendue de mes \u00e9tudiants.\u00a0 R\u00e9sultats : moins de d\u00e9couragement, plus de plaisir, plus de r\u00e9sultats positifs&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Ensuite, d\u00e9marrez tout le processus en gardant \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit que tout peut \u00eatre am\u00e9liorer \u00e0 tout instant&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Vous l&rsquo;aurez compris, il ne s&rsquo;agit pas d&rsquo;une m\u00e9thode miraculeuse, mais de la mise en place d&rsquo;une <em><strong>m\u00e9thodologie\u00a0 structur\u00e9e<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0 Cela demande du travail et aussi beaucoup d&rsquo;humilit\u00e9 face \u00e0 ce que le feedback de vos apprenants vous renvoie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Je continuerai \u00e0 vous faire part de mes investigations dans ce domaine, notamment de l&rsquo;apport de la gamification dans les
