Et surtout, pour le maintenir en grande forme pendant tr\u00e8s longtemps.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le cerveau ne repr\u00e9sente pas 10% du poids du corps humain.  Et pourtant, qui niera son importance dans notre vie ?  Voire, dans notre survie ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment prendre soin de votre cerveau en toute circonstance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cet organe, comme tout autre, a besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre soign\u00e9, entretenu.  Et le confinement de ces derniers mois a mis \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve le cerveau de nombreuses personnes.  Que ce soit le stress, le manque d&rsquo;exercice, la solitude&#8230;  Autant de facteurs qui ont pu jouer en d\u00e9faveur de notre sant\u00e9 mentale. Et garantissent une protection contre le vieillissement.  H\u00e9las, les recherches montrent qu&rsquo;une seule application ne peut pas lutter contre le vieillissement et la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration des neurones.  L&rsquo;une d&rsquo;elles, Lumosity, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.psychomedia.qc.ca\/psychologie\/2016-01-06\/programmes-entrainement-cerebral\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a d&rsquo;ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9e<\/a> \u00e0 deux millions de dollars d&rsquo;amende pour publicit\u00e9 trompeuse.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sommes-nous d\u00e8s lors condamn\u00e9s \u00e0 une d\u00e9ch\u00e9ance irr\u00e9m\u00e9diable ? Non.  Mais, notre cerveau a besoin de t\u00e2ches complexes, de r\u00e9elles difficult\u00e9s pour rester en forme&#8230;  Voici quelques t\u00e2ches qui peuvent vous aider :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Apprendre une nouvelle langue<\/strong> : eh oui, apprendre une nouvelle langue est une t\u00e2che ardue et complexe.  Elle exige de m\u00e9moriser du vocabulaire, de comprendre des structures grammaticales et syntaxiques parfois tr\u00e8s \u00e9loign\u00e9es des n\u00f4tres.  De cr\u00e9er des liens entre des concepts inconnus, etc.<\/li><li><strong>S&rsquo;engager dans une nouvelle discipline<\/strong> : vous avez pass\u00e9 votre vie \u00e0 faire des math\u00e9matiques ?  Essayez-vous \u00e0 la musique ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;histoire de l&rsquo;art.  Vous \u00e9tiez uniquement c\u00e9r\u00e9bral ?  Tentez le bricolage.  Ces diversions mettent le cerveau \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve. M\u00eame si les sciences n&rsquo;expliquent pas encore bien ce qui se passe dans notre cerveau lorsque nous dormons, il n&rsquo;y a aucun doute : le sommeil est r\u00e9parateur.  Au sens propre comme figur\u00e9.  Et donc, suivez ces quelques conseils :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dormez suffisamment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notre \u00e9poque productiviste nous pousse \u00e0 travailler plus.  \u00c0 toujours \u00eatre plus efficace.  Parfois m\u00eame \u00e0 m\u00e9priser le repos.  \u00c0 l&rsquo;assimiler de la paresse.  En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, le repos nous est aussi n\u00e9cessaire que l&rsquo;air que nous respirons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les <strong>adolescents <\/strong>ont des <strong>difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 s&rsquo;endormir le soir et \u00e0 s&rsquo;\u00e9veiller le matin<\/strong>.  C&rsquo;est <strong>normal<\/strong>, comme je l&rsquo;explique dans <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/2012\/09\/03\/cerveau-ecole-et-puberte-le-triangle-des-bermudes\/\">cet article d\u00e9j\u00e0 ancien<\/a>.  Leur cycle de s\u00e9rotonine est diff\u00e9rent de celui des adultes.  Et la lumi\u00e8re bleue des \u00e9crans n&rsquo;arrange rien.  Essayez de n\u00e9gocier une utilisation des \u00e9crans pas trop irrationnelle dans l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de vos ados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accordez-vous des pauses entre les session d&rsquo;\u00e9tude ou de travail<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience montre que des sessions ininterrompues d&rsquo;\u00e9tude ou de travail sont improductives. L&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;exercice physique entra\u00eene toute une s\u00e9rie de cons\u00e9quences d\u00e9sastreuses tant pour votre sant\u00e9 mentale que physique.  L&rsquo;exercice entra\u00eene une meilleure oxyg\u00e9nation du cerveau, un entretien des articulation, pr\u00e9vient le durcissement des art\u00e8res, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une vie trop s\u00e9dentaire peut provoquer :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>le surpoids<\/li><li>la d\u00e9pression nerveuse<\/li><li>le diab\u00e8te<\/li><li>le cholest\u00e9rol<\/li><li>le vieillissement pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 des articulations<\/li><li>etc.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faites donc de l&rsquo;exercice physique : c&rsquo;est aussi important pour votre cerveau que l&rsquo;exercice intellectuel.  <\/strong>Vous ne devez pas forc\u00e9ment devenir un champion.  Ni c\u00e9der aux sir\u00e8nes de l&rsquo;agitation \u00e0 tout prix.  Ces exercices sont amplement suffisants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Marchez 2 \u00e0 3 fois par semaine<\/li><li>Gymnastique : inscrivez-vous \u00e0 un club, c&rsquo;est plus gai \u00e0 plusieurs<\/li><li>Quittez votre chaise r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement : si comme moi, vous travaillez de longues heures face \u00e0 un \u00e9cran, forcez-vous \u00e0 vous lever, \u00e0 faire quelques pas, modifiez la hauteur de votre si\u00e8ge plusieurs fois par jour.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mangez sain<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On ne le r\u00e9p\u00e9tera jamais assez : une alimentation saine est la meilleure des pr\u00e9ventions !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ne mangez pas trop :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>de graisse<\/li><li>de sucre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mangez vari\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>viande<\/li><li>l\u00e9gumes<\/li><li>fruits<\/li><li>p\u00e2tes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Buvez de l&rsquo;eau en suffisance <\/strong>: non seulement c&rsquo;est bon pour votre corps, mais votre cerveau est un organe \u00e9lectrique et l&rsquo;eau est un excellent conducteur&#8230;  Quand vous avez la \u00ab\u00a0gueule de bois\u00a0\u00bb, vous n&rsquo;avez pas mal  au cerveau, mais aux m\u00e9ninges.  Parce que l&rsquo;alcool les a d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9es.  Boire de l&rsquo;eau r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement assure un meilleur \u00e9quilibre de votre cerveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c9vitez les stup\u00e9fiants<\/strong> : boire un verre de vin \u00e0 table n&rsquo;a jamais tu\u00e9 personne.  Mais \u00e9vitez d&rsquo;exag\u00e9rer. Mais votre cerveau est unique.  Il n&rsquo;y en a pas deux identiques sur cette plan\u00e8te qui en compte pourtant plus de 7 milliards&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le cerveau est le si\u00e8ge de votre identit\u00e9 &#8211; voyez la m\u00e9moire \u00e9pisodique &#8211; et donc de votre ind\u00e9pendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si nous vivons de plus en plus vieux, nous vivons \u00e9galement de plus en plus longtemps en \u00e9tat de d\u00e9pendance.
