<\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n<li>Vous disposez d&rsquo;<em><strong>une synth\u00e8se de l&rsquo;information<\/strong><\/em> sur une seule page ais\u00e9ment consultable<\/li>\n<li>Un entretien d&#8217;embauche est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement non lin\u00e9aire et la <em><strong>structure mindmap est donc plus adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 ce type de prestation<\/strong><\/em> qu&rsquo;une prise de notes classique<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Je ne vais pas m&rsquo;\u00e9tendre sur le premier point : il suffit de regarder une mindmap pour se rendre compte que toute l&rsquo;info se trouve r\u00e9sum\u00e9e sur la page.\u00a0 Vous pouvez appr\u00e9hender l&rsquo;ensemble d&rsquo;un coup d&rsquo;oeil et entrer dans le niveau de d\u00e9tail que vous souhaitez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">L&rsquo;entretien d&#8217;embauche n&rsquo;est pas lin\u00e9aire : souvent, il commence par une question du genre \u00ab\u00a0<em><strong>parlez-moi de vous<\/strong><\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.\u00a0 Et puis ensuite, il part dans tous les sens : ou du moins, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;impression qu&rsquo;il donne.\u00a0\u00a0 En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, le recruteur peut revenir plusieurs fois sur le m\u00eame point, poser la m\u00eame question diff\u00e9remment, etc.\u00a0 Il recoupe l&rsquo;info comme le ferait un bon journaliste.\u00a0 Il v\u00e9rifie que vous \u00eates coh\u00e9rent&#8230; et que vous ne mentez pas !<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000080;\"><strong>Votre mindmap<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas de raconter toute votre vie : il faut offrir au recruteur une information aussi courte et pertinente que possible.\u00a0 Le recruteur n&rsquo;a pas de temps \u00e0 perdre : montrez-lui que vous savez aller droit au but et anticiper ce qu&rsquo;on attend de vous !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">J&rsquo;ai donc pr\u00e9par\u00e9 une mindmap tr\u00e8s synth\u00e9tique.\u00a0 Faites pareil : un mot-cl\u00e9 par information.\u00a0 Cela ne doit vous servir que d&rsquo;aide-m\u00e9moire.\u00a0 Vous ne devez pas lire.\u00a0 Faites attention de ne pas perdre le contact visuel : regardez le plus possible votre interlocuteur dans les yeux !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Si le recruteur commence en posant la question : \u00ab\u00a0<strong><em>parlez-moi de vous<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb !\u00a0 <strong>Jackpot<\/strong> !<\/p>\n<p !\u00a0\u00a0 Autant le lui dire tout de suite.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Commencez-donc par ce qui vous motive \u00e0 travailler pour l&rsquo;entreprise.\u00a0 Et ce que vous, Jean Dupont, <em><strong>vous pouvez apporter d&rsquo;unique \u00e0 cette entreprise<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Cela vous donnera aussi l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de mettre l&rsquo;accent sur vos comp\u00e9tences.\u00a0 Comp\u00e9tences que vous justifierez par votre exp\u00e9rience et votre formation.\u00a0 Vous pouvez alors parler de vos qualifications, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">N&rsquo;oubliez pas non plus d&rsquo;autres informations qui peuvent \u00eatre pertinentes pour l&rsquo;entreprise : on demande quelqu&rsquo;un qui ait le sens du leadership et vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 ou vous \u00eates encore capitaine de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de volleyball de Triffouillis-les-Oies !\u00a0 Pour \u00eatre un bon capitaine, vous devez \u00eatre un bon leader.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Vous avez voyag\u00e9, organis\u00e9 une expo, cr\u00e9\u00e9 un club de vol \u00e0 voile, vous avez gagn\u00e9 un jeu t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9 ou vous avez particip\u00e9 au marathon de New York ?\u00a0 Tout ce qui peut donner un \u00e9clairage positif sur vous peut \u00eatre abord\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000080;\"><strong>Attention aux pi\u00e8ges<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Disposer d&rsquo;une mindmap ne doit pas vous dispenser de certaines r\u00e8gles de c&rsquo;est toujours bon !\u00a0 Mais s&rsquo;il ne conna\u00eet pas, \u00e9vitez de pontifier et de poser au sp\u00e9cialiste qui \u00e9crase le pauve ignare d&rsquo;en face.\u00a0\u00a0 Rien de tel pour plomber votre prestation !<\/li>\n<li>Gardez au maximum le contact visuel : la mindmap avec ses mots-cl\u00e9s vous donne l&rsquo;avantage de poser le regard tr\u00e8s bri\u00e8vement sur la feuille.\u00a0 Contrairement aux notes lin\u00e9aires qui vous obligent \u00e0 lire plus longtemps.\u00a0 Ne n\u00e9gligez pas ce point.\u00a0 Regarder l&rsquo;interlocuteur dans les yeux t\u00e9moigne d&rsquo;une certaine assurance et surtout, vous permet de v\u00e9rifier comment il r\u00e9agit \u00e0 ce que vous dites.\u00a0 S&rsquo;il a l&rsquo;air d&rsquo;accord, continuez dans
