le r\u00e9cit commence avec l&rsquo;histoire m\u00eame de l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9 ; il n&rsquo;y a pas, il n&rsquo;y a jamais eu nulle part aucun peuple sans r\u00e9cit.<\/em> \u00bb (<a title=\"Article de Roland Barthes sur l'analyse structurale des r\u00e9cits\" href=\"http:\/\/www.persee.fr\/web\/revues\/home\/prescript\/article\/comm_0588-8018_1966_num_8_1_1113\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Communications, 1966, Vol. 8, pp. 1-27<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le r\u00e9cit, l&rsquo;histoire, est donc un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne universel.&nbsp; Cela r\u00e9pond d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 notre derni\u00e8re question : ce n&rsquo;est pas un effet de mode, mais une tendance profonde de l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9 tout enti\u00e8re\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais d&rsquo;o\u00f9 vient cette fascination pour le r\u00e9cit, cette app\u00e9tence pour les histoires ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il semble bien que la r\u00e9ponse se trouve dans la fa\u00e7on m\u00eame dont nos cerveaux fonctionnent.&nbsp; Non seulement les histoires nous plaisent, nous fascinent, nous aident \u00e0 mieux retenir\u2026&nbsp; <strong>Mais elles modifient m\u00eame le cerveau de celui qui les \u00e9coute.&nbsp; <\/strong>Pour le meilleur et pour le pire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-histoires-mobilisent-tout-le-cerveau-de-vos-auditeurs\"><span style=\"color:#000080\">Les histoires mobilisent tout le cerveau de vos auditeurs<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C&rsquo;est tout l&rsquo;impact du storytelling<\/strong> : les histoires entrent en r\u00e9sonance avec le cerveau de nos auditeurs et le mobilisent tout entier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque, lors d&rsquo;une pr\u00e9sentation avec Prezi ou Powerpoint, vous faites d\u00e9filer des listes \u00e0 puces ou des suites de mots et de chiffres, vous activez dans le cerveau de vos auditeurs\/spectateurs les zones du cerveau qui correspondent aux zones du langage :  (aires de Broca et de Wernicke) ou du calcul.&nbsp; Point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vos auditeurs\/spectateurs ont sans doute compris ce que vous leur avez dit (dans le meilleur des cas).&nbsp; L&rsquo;ont-ils m\u00e9moris\u00e9 ?&nbsp; J&rsquo;en doute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-l-impact-du-storytelling-sur-les-aires-des-emotions-et-de-la-perception-sensorielle\"><span style=\"color:#000080\">a) L&rsquo;impact du storytelling sur les aires des \u00e9motions et de la perception sensorielle<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque vous racontez une histoire \u00e0 vos auditeurs-spectateurs, c&rsquo;est <em><strong>l&rsquo;ensemble de leur cerveau qui se mobilise<\/strong><\/em>.&nbsp; Parlez du parfum des citronniers de Murcie et les zones correspondant aux perceptions olfactives s&rsquo;activent non seulement chez vous, mais aussi chez vos auditeurs.&nbsp; Lorsque le h\u00e9ros de votre histoire, court, se bat, embrasse Lady Marianne, le cerveau de votre public se transforme en Robin des Bois\u2026<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une recherche espagnole montre que <a title=\"\u00e9tude de neuroscience sur le storytelling et le cerveau\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2012\/03\/18\/opinion\/sunday\/the-neuroscience-of-your-brain-on-fiction.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la lecture d&rsquo;un roman ou d&rsquo;un po\u00e8me engendre le m\u00eame effet<\/a>.&nbsp; Ainsi, quand Marcel Proust nous dit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab <em>Et bient\u00f4t, machinalement, accabl\u00e9 par la morne journ\u00e9e et la perspective d&rsquo;un triste lendemain, je portai \u00e0 mes l\u00e8vres une cuiller\u00e9e du th\u00e9 o\u00f9 j&rsquo;avais laiss\u00e9 s&rsquo;amollir un morceau de madeleine \u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces mots activent les zones du cerveau qui correspondent au mouvement du bras et de la main pour porter la cuiller\u00e9e de th\u00e9 avec la madeleine aux l\u00e8vres.&nbsp; Lorsque l&rsquo;auteur d\u00e9crit le go\u00fbt de la madeleine, ce sont les zones correspondant au go\u00fbt qui s&rsquo;activent dans le cerveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-b-les-metaphores-activent-differentes-zones-du-cerveau\"><span style=\"color:#000080\">b) Les m\u00e9taphores activent diff\u00e9rentes zones du cerveau<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les m\u00e9taphores agissent \u00e9galement comme de puissants leviers : une expression comme \u00ab\u00a0<em>une peau douce comme de la soie<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb&nbsp;\u00e9veille les aires du cerveau relatives aux sensations tactiles.&nbsp;
