Qui aide vraiment nos apprenants \u00e0 \u00e9voluer dans leurs apprentissages ?  Qui leur offre l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 d&rsquo;en tirer le maximum \u00e0 tout point de vue ?  Je vous propose le mod\u00e8le de progression p\u00e9dagogique d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Gilly Samon dans le cadre de la m\u00e9thode ABC Learning Design.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un article pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, je vous ai parl\u00e9 de la m\u00e9thode de sc\u00e9narisation p\u00e9dagogique <strong>ABC Learning Design<\/strong>.  Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gillysalmon.com\/five-stage-model.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mod\u00e8le de progression p\u00e9dagogique<\/a> dont il est question ici a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par <strong>Gilly Salmon<\/strong>, professeure \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Western Australia.  Gilly Salmon est une des sp\u00e9cialistes de la <strong>m\u00e9thode ABC LD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-progression-pedagogique-en-5-etapes\">Une progression p\u00e9dagogique en 5 \u00e9tapes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais quand proposer ces diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s ?  A quel moment dans la formation ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">La progression p\u00e9dagogique est importante.  Gilly Salmon <strong>propose un mod\u00e8le en 5 \u00e9tapes<\/strong> qui me para\u00eet vraiment r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des apprenants.  Pour chaque \u00e9tape, elle envisage <strong>l\u2019aspect technique<\/strong> et la <strong>dimension p\u00e9dagogique<\/strong>. Ce mod\u00e8le a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour des formations \u00e0 distance, mais il peut \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 facilement pour toute modalit\u00e9, <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/it\/2019\/12\/10\/presentiel-contre-elearning-une-opposition-factice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">du pr\u00e9sentiel au comodal, de l\u2019hybride au distanciel<\/a>.  J\u2019observe qu\u2019en utilisant ABC Learning Design et le mod\u00e8le en 5 \u00e9tapes, <strong>j\u2019ai davantage tendance \u00e0 laisser plus de marge d\u2019initiative et donc de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 aux apprenants<\/strong> de <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/it\/cours-en-ligne-creez-le-votre-avec-cette-formation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mes propres formations<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-etape-1-motivation-et-accessibilite\">Etape 1 : Motivation et accessibilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Dans cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de votre formation, v<strong>ous faites tout ce que v\u200bous pouvez pour motiver vos apprenants :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-motivation\">Motivation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checkbox has-palette-color-5-background-color has-background wp-block-list\">\n<li>vous les accueillez chaleureusement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vous vous pr\u00e9sentez ainsi que les autres membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vous leur demandez de se pr\u00e9senter, peut-\u00eatre avec un brise-glace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vous pr\u00e9sentez le programme de la formation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vous leur d\u00e9signez les objectifs du parcours d&rsquo;apprentissage&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vous leur d\u00e9crivez les crit\u00e8res de r\u00e9ussite de ce parcours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vous leur expliquez les modalit\u00e9s de la formation : 100% pr\u00e9sentiel, hybride ou \u00e0 distance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b\u200bvous leur fournissez le calendrier de la formation avec toutes les \u00e9ch\u00e9ances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vous leur indiquer o\u00f9 sont les forums ou les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;\u00e9change d&rsquo;information et vous les invitez \u00e0 s&rsquo;y manifester (\u00e9crire un premier billet sur le forum, par exemple)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-accessibilite\">Accessibilit\u00e9<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Vous procurez \u00e0 vos apprenants <strong>toutes les informations<\/strong> et l<strong>\u2018assistance n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong> pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 votre formation ; au besoin, il leur rappelle les r\u00e8gles de base<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tout ceci constitue les bases de la \u00ab\u00a0communaut\u00e9 d&rsquo;apprentissage\u00a0\u00bb essentielle aux activit\u00e9s de discussion et de collaboration que vous proposerez lors des \u00e9tapes suivantes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-messages-et-communication\">Messages et communication<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checkbox has-palette-color-5-background-color has-background wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le tuteur ou le formateur envoie un message aux apprenants \u00e0 chaque fois qu&rsquo;un nouveau module s&rsquo;ouvre, qu&rsquo;une classe virtuelle est programm\u00e9e : cela participe de la \u00ab\u00a0ritualisation\u00a0\u00bb qui structure le cours et contribue au renforcement de la communaut\u00e9 apprenante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le tuteur est attentif aux absences, aux apprenants qui ne se connectent pas r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement : il les contacte par message en leur proposant son aide, leur demande s&rsquo;ils rencontrent des difficult\u00e9s, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>certains de ces messages peuvent \u00eatre automatis\u00e9s, mais attention : n&rsquo;automatisez pas tous vos messages.  Ou vos apprenants se rendront compte qu&rsquo;ils ont affaire \u00e0 des robots.
