Cependant, c&rsquo;est une modalit\u00e9 qui pr\u00e9sente de nombreux avantages. C&rsquo;est ce que je voudrais vous d\u00e9montrer \u00e0 travers cette \u00e9tude de cas d&rsquo;une formation hybride que j&rsquo;ai anim\u00e9e il y a quelques ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-etude-de-cas-d-un-transfert-de-competences-en-formation-hybride\">\u00c9tude de cas d&rsquo;un transfert de comp\u00e9tences en formation hybride<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il s&rsquo;agissait d&rsquo;une commande d&rsquo;un centre de formation international situ\u00e9 dans le Sud-Est parisien. L&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait de former des formateurs de FLE (fran\u00e7ais langue \u00e9trang\u00e8re) \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation du <strong>design de la formation,<\/strong> \u00e0 travers <strong>trois m\u00e9dias <\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les<a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/it\/2016\/06\/07\/20-activites-de-formation-avec-le-mindmapping\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> <strong>cartes mentales<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/it\/infographies-gratuites\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">infographies<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les <strong>vid\u00e9os d&rsquo;animation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les participants \u00e9taient au nombre de 36.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-articulation-de-la-formation-hybride\">Articulation de la formation hybride<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La proposition que j&rsquo;ai soumise \u00e9tait<a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/it\/2019\/12\/10\/presentiel-contre-elearning-une-opposition-factice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> une formation hybride<\/a>. Elle s&rsquo;articulait autour de projets en sous-groupes : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>premi\u00e8re partie en ligne <\/strong>qui comprenait \u00e0 la fois de la <strong>th\u00e9orie sur le design<\/strong> e <strong>exercices pratiques<\/strong>, notamment, du travail de <strong>pr\u00e9paration sur chaque projet<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une session d&rsquo;une<strong> journ\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sentiel<\/strong>, con un <strong>dispositif de transfert de comp\u00e9tences<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une troisi\u00e8me <strong>partie en ligne<\/strong>, <strong>finalisation <\/strong>puis <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/it\/2012\/12\/03\/una-mappa-mentale-per-la-valutazione-dei-vostri-corsi-di-formazione\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00e9valuation des projets<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"width: 100%\"><div style=\"position: relative;padding-bottom: 56.25%;padding-top: 0;height: 0\"> <\/div> <\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toute la partie en ligne <a href=\"https:\/\/moodle.org\/?lang=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">se d\u00e9roulait sur Moodle<\/a>, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, je ne disposais pas encore de la<a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/it\/coursenetworking-la-plateforme-multimodale-hyper-flexible\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> plateforme CourseNetworking<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-presentiel-avec-transfert-de-competences\">Pr\u00e9sentiel avec transfert de comp\u00e9tences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je ne vais pas m&rsquo;attarder sur la partie en ligne qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de la session en pr\u00e9sentiel : je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re me focaliser sur cette derni\u00e8re, et surtout, sur le dispositif de <strong>d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de comp\u00e9tences<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le matin, nous avons commenc\u00e9 par un <strong>brise-glace<\/strong>. Et comment ceux-ci se traduisent dans les trois m\u00e9dias que nous utilisons pour les trois projets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s la pause de midi, nous sommes entr\u00e9s de plain-pied dans ce dispositif de transfert de comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-former-serieusement-36-personnes-a-la-fois\">Comment former s\u00e9rieusement 36 personnes \u00e0 la fois ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&rsquo;ai divis\u00e9 les participants en 6 groupes de 6. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;intervient le dispositif de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation des comp\u00e9tences :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cinq groupes travaillent sur leur projet (deux sur l&rsquo;infographie, deux sur la vid\u00e9o anim\u00e9e et un sur les cartes mentales)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un groupe vient avec moi : pendant vingt minutes, je leur donne des instructions et des tuyaux pratiques pour am\u00e9liorer leurs mindmaps. Il prennent des notes, posent des questions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>au terme des vingt minutes, ce groupe a pour mission d&rsquo;enseigner \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre groupe de \u00ab\u00a0mindmappeurs\u00a0\u00bb ce que je viens de leur enseigner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>je fais la m\u00eame chose avec deux autres groupes pour l&rsquo;infographie et la vid\u00e9o anim\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s cette phase, nous prenons une pause, avant d&rsquo;encha\u00eener avec une <strong>autre forme de transfert des comp\u00e9tences<\/strong> : la <strong>supervision par les pairs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-supervision-par-les-pairs\">Supervision par les pairs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour cette derni\u00e8re partie du pr\u00e9sentiel, j&rsquo;ai conserv\u00e9 les six groupes avec ces consignes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chaque groupe travaille sur son projet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le formateur (moi) est \u00e0 leur disposition pour toute question, mais :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ils doivent d&rsquo;abord poser cette question \u00e0 un membre de leur groupe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;obtiennent pas de r\u00e9ponse satisfaisante, ils posent la question \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre groupe qui travaille sur le m\u00eame m\u00e9dia (carte mentale, infographie ou vid\u00e9o anim\u00e9e)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enfin, s&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;ont toujours pas la r\u00e9ponse, ils peuvent me poser la question<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2400\" height=\"1350\" data-attachment-id=\"33415\" data-permalink=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/it\/supervision-par-les-pairs\/\" data-orig-file=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/format30.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/f116b-supervision-par-les-pairs.jpg?fit=2400%2C1350&amp;ssl=1\" data-orig-size=\"2400,1350\" data-comments-opened=\"1\" data-image-meta=\"{&quot;aperture&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;credit&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;camera&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;caption&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;created_timestamp&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;copyright&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;focal_length&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;iso&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;shutter_speed&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;title&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;orientation&quot;:&quot;0&quot;}\" data-image-title=\"Supervision par les pairs\" data-image-description=\"&lt;p&gt;Diagramme sur la collaboration et la supervision par les pairs&lt;\/p&gt;\" data-image-caption=\"&lt;p&gt;Collaboration et supervision par les pairs&lt;\/p&gt;\" data-large-file=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/format30.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/f116b-supervision-par-les-pairs.jpg?fit=1024%2C576&amp;ssl=1\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/format30.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/f116b-supervision-par-les-pairs.jpg?resize=2400%2C1350&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Pr\u00e9sentiel avec transfert de comp\u00e9tences : questions par les pairs\" class=\"wp-image-33415\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Collaboration et supervision par les pairs<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-avantages-de-ce-transfert-de-competences\">Avantages de ce transfert de comp\u00e9tences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quels sont les<strong> r\u00e9sultats positifs de cette d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de responsabilit\u00e9s <\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ils sont nombreux :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>gain de temps<\/strong> : si j&rsquo;avais d\u00fb former chaque groupe individuellement, cela m&rsquo;aurait pris deux fois plus de temps. Plus les groupes sont nombreux, plus le gain de temps est important<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un <strong>gain d&rsquo;attention<\/strong> : lorsque j&rsquo;ai annonc\u00e9 \u00e0 chacun des groupes qu&rsquo;ils devraient enseigner \u00e0 un autre groupe ce que j&rsquo;allais leur expliquer, il y a eu une brusque mont\u00e9e d&rsquo;adr\u00e9naline due au stress. Mais cela a surtout engendr\u00e9 une augmentation de l&rsquo;attention : ils avaient tellement peur de perdre quelque chose et de faillir \u00e0 leur mission ! <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un <strong>gain de m\u00e9morisation<\/strong> : les groupes qui ont d\u00fb enseigner aux autres ont m\u00e9moris\u00e9 intens\u00e9ment la mati\u00e8re de peur de ne pas r\u00e9ussir leur propre exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;enseignement. Les autres ont pr\u00eat\u00e9 un autre type d&rsquo;attention que si j&rsquo;avais \u00e9t\u00e9 le formateur et les questions pos\u00e9es \u00e9taient aussi diff\u00e9rentes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un <strong>niveau plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de participation <\/strong>: chacun s&rsquo;est senti investi d&rsquo;un surcro\u00eet de responsabilit\u00e9  vis-\u00e0-vis de soi, mais aussi des autres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>niveau plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de qualit\u00e9<\/strong> : \u00e0 la fin de la journ\u00e9e, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 vraiment impressionn\u00e9 par la qualit\u00e9 des travaux (pas encore tout \u00e0 fait termin\u00e9s) des diff\u00e9rents groupes. Le fait d&rsquo;avoir travaill\u00e9 ensemble, d&rsquo;avoir supervis\u00e9 le travail des uns et des autres, ils avaient acquis en tr\u00e8s peu de temps des comp\u00e9tences qu&rsquo;ils ne soup\u00e7onnaient m\u00eame pas en entrant dans la salle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>una <strong>vitesse d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e<\/strong> : je ne m&rsquo;attendais pas non plus \u00e0 ce que les projets progressent si vite en une journ\u00e9e de pr\u00e9sentiel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-info wp-block-paragraph\">En conclusion, j&rsquo;ajouterai que ces am\u00e9liorations sont dues au fait qu&rsquo;avec ce transfert de comp\u00e9tences, il n&rsquo;y avait pas un seul formateur. Une personne qui court comme un d\u00e9rat\u00e9 pour tenter vainement de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 toute demande.<strong> Mais il y avait 37 formateurs potentiels qui ont d\u00e9multipli\u00e9 l&rsquo;impact de cette formation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et vous, avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 ce type de transfert des comp\u00e9tences dans vos formations ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vous avez appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 cet article ?
