Trouble que beaucoup croient encore r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux enfants. Mais ces enfants grandissent&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est vrai que ce trouble se manifeste souvent de fa\u00e7on moins spectaculaire chez l&rsquo;adulte que chez les enfants ou les adolescents.&nbsp; Fr\u00e9quemment, l&rsquo;adulte n&rsquo;est pas hyperactif.&nbsp; Mais par contre, ses pens\u00e9es alternent \u00e0 la vitesse de la lumi\u00e8re.&nbsp; Ce qui peut aider \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.&nbsp; Mais peut aussi cr\u00e9er de la confusion.&nbsp; Ou conduire au contraire la personne \u00e0 rester hyper-concentr\u00e9e sur une m\u00eame r\u00eaverie pendant un temps consid\u00e9rable.&nbsp;&nbsp; Car la perception du temps est aussi alt\u00e9r\u00e9e chez ces personnes.&nbsp; On parle de \u00ab\u00a0temps \u00e9lastique\u00a0\u00bb.&nbsp; Nous \u00e9prouvons tous cette sensation du temps qui s&rsquo;\u00e9coule lentement lorsque nous nous ennuyons ou tr\u00e8s vite lorsque nous \u00e9prouvons du plaisir.&nbsp; Mais ces perceptions sont extr\u00eames chez les personnes TDA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TDA\/H et m\u00e9moire \u00e0 court terme limit\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La m\u00e9moire \u00e0 court terme \u2014 m\u00e9moire de travail \u2014 fonctionne g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tr\u00e8s mal ou de mani\u00e8re chaotique.\u00a0 Certains scientifiques ne font d&rsquo;ailleurs pas la distinction entre \u00ab<em> attention \u00bb<\/em> et \u00ab <em>m\u00e9moire de travail \u00bb<\/em>.\u00a0 (1) \u00a0\u00a0 Cela expliquerait pourquoi les personnes souffrant d&rsquo;un d\u00e9ficit de l&rsquo;attention pr\u00e9sentent aussi des <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/it\/2023\/05\/05\/microlearning-et-besoins-specifiques-pourquoi-ca-marche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">troubles de la m\u00e9moire \u00e0 court terme<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une \u00e9motivit\u00e9 \u00e0 fleur de peau<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les adultes pr\u00e9sentant un trouble de l&rsquo;attention sont souvent impulsifs, agissant sous le coup de l&rsquo;\u00e9motion.\u00a0 Ils sont sujets \u00e0 des sautes d&rsquo;humeur ou \u00e0 des achats compulsifs qui agissent comme moyen de diminuer la tension int\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, ils souffrent souvent d&rsquo;une mauvaise estime de soi et pr\u00e9sentent le \u00ab <em>syndrome de l&rsquo;imposteur \u00bb<\/em> : on les entend r\u00e9p\u00e9ter, suite \u00e0 une r\u00e9ussite, \u00ab <em>ce n&rsquo;est pas moi qui ai r\u00e9ussi cela, ce n&rsquo;est pas possible<\/em>.\u00bb\u00a0 Ou bien encore \u00ab <em>j&rsquo;ai eu de la chance, tout simplement<\/em> \u00bb&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1880\" height=\"1253\" data-attachment-id=\"30238\" data-permalink=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/it\/pexels-photo-897817\/\" data-orig-file=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/format30.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/1df8d-pexels-photo-897817.jpeg?fit=1880%2C1253&amp;ssl=1\" data-orig-size=\"1880,1253\" data-comments-opened=\"1\" data-image-meta=\"{&quot;aperture&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;credit&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;camera&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;caption&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;created_timestamp&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;copyright&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;focal_length&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;iso&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;shutter_speed&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;title&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;orientation&quot;:&quot;0&quot;}\" data-image-title=\"pexels-photo-897817\" data-image-description=\"\" data-image-caption=\"&lt;p&gt;Photo by Nathan Cowley on &lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.pexels.com\/photo\/man-in-blue-and-brown-plaid-dress-shirt-touching-his-hair-897817\/&quot; jeunes adultes et quadrag\u00e9naires &#8211; qui pr\u00e9sentaient ce type de trouble de l&rsquo;attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un des probl\u00e8mes majeurs de ces personnes TDA est de s&rsquo;organiser : organisation de ses pens\u00e9es, de ses projets, de son temps. Bon nombre de ces personnes pr\u00e9sentent un trouble de type Dys associ\u00e9, comme nous l&rsquo;avons d&rsquo;ailleurs mentionn\u00e9 dans notre MOOC Dys. Ce qui ajoute encore \u00e0 la difficult\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous aurez compris que le <strong>mindmapping<\/strong>, avec ses <strong>\u00e9l\u00e9ments structurants<\/strong>, offre un support pr\u00e9cieux pour organiser les pens\u00e9es et les projets de personnes TDA.\u00a0 Le fait est qu&rsquo;elles peuvent difficilement se concentrer sur quelque chose d&rsquo;ennuyeux.\u00a0 Ce qui explique \u00e9galement les nombreux cas de procrastination lorsqu&rsquo;il faut faire face \u00e0 une t\u00e2che routini\u00e8re ou r\u00e9barbative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Or, la mindmap, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/it\/2012\/02\/27\/couleurs-et-images-en-mindmapping-la-puissance-de-la-synesthesie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">avec son c\u00f4t\u00e9 color\u00e9, ses images <\/a>et sa structuration spatiale particuli\u00e8re<\/strong>, appara\u00eet comme quelque chose <strong>d&rsquo;un peu ludique<\/strong>, ou en tout cas, de moins ennuyeux \u00e0 cr\u00e9er ou \u00e0 suivre qu&rsquo;un texte suivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L&rsquo;articulation des branches<\/strong> autour du centre et la synth\u00e9tisation de la pens\u00e9e en mots-cl\u00e9s aident aussi \u00e0 <strong>mieux structurer sa pens\u00e9e<\/strong>, \u00e0 rassembler dans une hi\u00e9rarchisation forte des pens\u00e9es qui sinon s&rsquo;\u00e9gailleraient sans doute dans tous les sens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des outils pour aider \u00e0 la concentration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le mindmapping n&rsquo;est \u00e9videmment pas le seul exercice que je propose : je tente de \u00ab coller \u00bb le plus possible aux besoins de la personne TDA : et donc, nous travaillons ensemble la concentration \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;exercices, mais aussi la relaxation, la visualisation.\u00a0 Nous abordons \u00e9galement la gestion du temps et la r\u00e9partition des t\u00e2ches \u2014 de travail ou d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes selon les cas \u2014 sur la journ\u00e9e, la semaine, le mois, le quadrimestre, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des outils comme <a title=\"Focus Booster : restez concentr\u00e9 sur votre t\u00e2che\u00a0!\" href=\"http:\/\/format30.com\/it\/2012\/10\/31\/focus-booster-restez-concentre-sur-votre-tache\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Focus Booster<\/a> dont j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 parl\u00e9 sur ce site facilitent aussi grandement la concentration et l&rsquo;a\u00e9ration du cerveau pendant les pauses.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" data-attachment-id=\"30243\" data-permalink=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/it\/concentration-2\/\" data-orig-file=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/format30.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/07711-concentration.png?fit=1200%2C675&amp;ssl=1\" data-orig-size=\"1200,675\" data-comments-opened=\"1\" data-image-meta=\"{&quot;aperture&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;credit&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;camera&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;caption&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;created_timestamp&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;copyright&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;focal_length&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;iso&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;shutter_speed&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;title&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;orientation&quot;:&quot;0&quot;}\" data-image-title=\"Concentration\" data-image-description=\"\" data-image-caption=\"\" data-large-file=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/format30.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/07711-concentration.png?fit=1024%2C576&amp;ssl=1\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/format30.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/07711-concentration.png?resize=1200%2C675&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Trouble de l'attention et concentration : une jeune femme tente de se concentrer sur le contenu de son ordinateur\" class=\"wp-image-30243\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et vous ?&nbsp;
