En effet, une fois l&rsquo;application lanc\u00e9e, tout votre ordinateur est bloqu\u00e9 et vous ne pouvez plus \u00eatre distrait par Facebook ou les innombrables onglets ouverts dans votre navigateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lancez Forcedraft et programmez une s\u00e9ance de 25 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-c-concentrez-vous-sur-le-processus-et-non-sur-le-resultat\">c) Concentrez-vous sur le processus et non sur le r\u00e9sultat<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous avez remarqu\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans les deux cas, je vous ai propos\u00e9 de programmer une s\u00e9ance de 25 minutes de r\u00e9daction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je ne vous ai pas conseill\u00e9 de vous assigner un objectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourquoi ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parce que pour \u00e9viter la procrastination ou l&rsquo;angoisse de l&rsquo;objectif \u00e0 atteindre, <strong>il vaut mieux se concentrer sur le processus de travail que sur le r\u00e9sultat attendu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant de vous lancer dans la phase de r\u00e9daction, dites-vous :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0&#8211; <em>je vais travailler pendant 25 minutes \u00e0 mon essai pour la semaine prochaine <\/em>\u00ab\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela va \u00e0 l&rsquo;encontre de beaucoup de conseils qui vous disent de vous fixer des objectifs.\u00a0 Oui.\u00a0 Mais \u00e7a marche !\u00a0 <strong>On ressent beaucoup moins de stress et de tension quand on se concentre sur la t\u00e2che et sur le temps qu&rsquo;on s&rsquo;est donn\u00e9 que quand on se focalise sur la finalit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre chaque phase de travail, accordez-vous une pause d&rsquo;au moins cinq minutes pendant laquelle vous vous accordez une r\u00e9compense :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>une tasse de caf\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un coup de fil \u00e0 votre meilleure amie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un petit tour sur Facebook<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un morceau de chocolat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant de commencer la phase de travail suivante, d\u00e9finissez la r\u00e9compense que vous souhaitez vous accorder.\u00a0 Vous verrez, vous n&rsquo;avez pas besoin de vous promettre le gros lot du Lotto.\u00a0 Une petite r\u00e9compense a autant de pouvoir sur notre cerveau &#8211; et notre motivation &#8211; que la promesse d&rsquo;un<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je n&rsquo;y croyais pas non plus.&nbsp; Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je suis convaincu !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-ecrivez-redigez-c-est-la-phase-creative\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">4. \u00c9crivez, r\u00e9digez : c&rsquo;est la phase cr\u00e9ative<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous avez programm\u00e9 votre s\u00e9ance d&rsquo;\u00e9criture, c&rsquo;est le moment d&rsquo;\u00e9crire, de r\u00e9diger votre texte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais attention : vous \u00eates dans une phase cr\u00e9ative.&nbsp; \u00c9crivez en continu.&nbsp; Laisser les id\u00e9es se d\u00e9velopper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N&rsquo;essayez pas de critiquer votre texte, de le corriger, de le r\u00e9viser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lorsque vous r\u00e9digez, vous utilisez votre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.&nbsp; Ce n&rsquo;est pas le moment de mobiliser votre esprit critique.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/atomic-temporary-10999751.wpcomstaging.com\/2016\/09\/05\/comment-le-mythe-de-la-bonne-reponse-tue-la-creativite\/\">L&rsquo;esprit critique tue la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9<\/a>.&nbsp; L&rsquo;angoisse de la page blanche, la procrastination, le d\u00e9go\u00fbt de sa propre production viennent souvent de ce qu&rsquo;on a voulu mener deux actions contradictoires en m\u00eame temps :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la phase cr\u00e9ative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la phase critique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous souhaitez avancer dans votre r\u00e9daction, ne tentez pas d&rsquo;analyser ce que vous \u00e9crivez.&nbsp; Laissez-vous porter par la vague cr\u00e9atrice, par l&rsquo;\u00e9lan de vos doigts sur le clavier ou du stylo sur le papier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-revisez-corrigez-amendez\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">5.
