style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000080\">Une strat\u00e9gie du recruteur<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Tout d&rsquo;abord, il faut savoir que ces questions peuvent \u00eatre une strat\u00e9gie du recruteur. \u00a0Un exemple : vous postulez pour un emploi qui exige de la discr\u00e9tion, comme la gestion de biens, par exemple. \u00a0Le recruteur veut savoir si vous allez r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la moindre question que l&rsquo;on vous posera ou si vous avez la capacit\u00e9 de dire non poliment, mais fermement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Si vous r\u00e9pondez trop facilement aux questions indiscr\u00e8tes ou si vous vous \u00e9nervez trop vite, le poste n&rsquo;est pas pour vous&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Il peut arriver aussi que le recruteur soit tout simplement une personne trop curieuse, plus int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par votre vie personnelle que par votre projet de carri\u00e8re&#8230; \u00a0 Il peut s&rsquo;agir aussi d&rsquo;un manque de professionnalisme : trop d&rsquo;entreprises confient le recrutement \u00e0 des gens dont ce n&rsquo;est pas le m\u00e9tier. \u00a0Les dirigeants de PME assument souvent\u00a0cette t\u00e2che eux-m\u00eames. \u00a0Parfois, ils ne savent m\u00eame pas que certaines questions sont ill\u00e9gales.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0<span style=\"color:#000080\">Les questions i<\/span><span style=\"color:#000080\">ll\u00e9gales<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000080\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Certaines questions sont non seulement indiscr\u00e8tes, elles sont ill\u00e9gales. \u00a0Pourtant, certains employeurs ou recruteurs vous les poseront. \u00a0En voici quelques-unes :<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align:justify\">\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>Etes-vous enceinte ?<\/strong> \u00a0Cela peut vous para<\/span>\u00eetre bizarre, mais cette question est interdite. \u00a0La poser constitue donc une discrimination. \u00a0Sauf dans les cas o\u00f9 la pratique du m\u00e9tier peut repr\u00e9senter un danger pour la m\u00e8re ou l&rsquo;enfant : si vous postulez comme assistante dans un service de radiologie, il est clair que vous ne pouvez pas vous exposer aux radiations sans mettre le b\u00e9b\u00e9 en danger. \u00a0M\u00eame chose si vous postulez dans une grande surface, pour une fonction qui vous am\u00e8nera \u00e0 soulever des charges lourdes. \u00a0Ou pour une usine utilisant des produits chimiques toxiques pour le foetus. \u00a0A vous de savoir si la fonction recherch\u00e9e est compatible avec votre \u00e9tat. \u00a0Si oui, il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question. \u00a0Maintenant, si trois mois apr\u00e8s votre engagement, vous traversez les locaux de l&rsquo;entreprise ventre en avant toute, vous aurez du mal \u00e0 cacher votre \u00e9tat&#8230; \u00a0Et le patron ne sera probablement pas tr\u00e8s heureux de vous voir partir en cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9. \u00a0M\u00eame si c&rsquo;est votre droit le plus strict. \u00a0Le droit et les relations sociales sont deux choses diff\u00e9rentes. \u00a0 Y compris dans le monde du travail.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Etes-vous malade ?<\/strong> \u00a0Ici non plus, l&#8217;employeur n&rsquo;a pas le droit de vous la poser. \u00a0A vous de vous poser la question d&rsquo;abord : cet emploi est-il compatible avec ma maladie ? \u00a0Cette maladie repr\u00e9sente-t-elle un danger pour mes futurs coll\u00e8gues ? \u00a0Si la r\u00e9ponse est non : foncez !<\/li>\n<li><strong>Etes-vous syndiqu\u00e9 ? \u00a0Quelles sont vos convictions politiques ?<\/strong> Cela vous regarde, pas l&rsquo;entreprise. \u00a0 M\u00eame si les employeurs ne raffolent pas des militants syndicaux, c&rsquo;est votre droit le plus strict d&rsquo;\u00eatre membre d&rsquo;un syndicat ou de militer dans un parti politique. \u00a0L&#8217;employeur n&rsquo;a pas \u00e0 savoir pour qui vous votez, ni quel syndicat vous repr\u00e9sente. \u00a0Mais il y a des cas particuliers : si vous vous pr\u00e9sentez comme attach\u00e9 parlementaire dans un parti, ou comme cadre ou employ\u00e9(e) dans un syndicat, il est clair qu&rsquo;on va vous demander un engagement politique conforme. \u00a0C&rsquo;est une question bon sens : \u00a0allez-vous travailler dans un parti qui d\u00e9fend des id\u00e9es oppos\u00e9es aux v\u00f4tres ? \u00a0Attendez-vous d&rsquo;un syndicat de gauche qu&rsquo;il vous engage alors que vous militez dans un parti de droite ? \u00a0Encore une fois, un emploi, c&rsquo;est plus qu&rsquo;une fiche de salaire : ciblez donc un emploi qui vous correspond vraiment, non seulement \u00e0 vos attentes en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, mais efficace<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Devant ce type de questions, vous vous sentez mal \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise, vous ne savez pas trop quoi r\u00e9pondre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">D&rsquo;abord, gardez votre calme. \u00a0Vous \u00e9nerver et r\u00e9pondre agressivement n&rsquo;auraient qu&rsquo;un seul effet : mettre fin imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 l&rsquo;entretien&#8230; \u00a0Et adieu le job \u00a0tant convoit\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Ensuite, affirmez poliment mais fermement : \u00ab\u00a0ceci est un sujet personnel. \u00a0Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re ne pas r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question\u00a0\u00bb. \u00a0Ou : \u00ab\u00a0c&rsquo;est une question qui concerne ma vie priv\u00e9e, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re donc ne pas r\u00e9pondre\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Si la personne insiste, utilisez la technique du \u00ab\u00a0<em><strong>disque ray\u00e9<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0\u00bb : c&rsquo;est terriblement efficace. \u00a0R\u00e9p\u00e9tez simplement la r\u00e9ponse, \u00e0 chaque fois qu&rsquo;on vous pose la question. \u00a0C&rsquo;est extr\u00eamement lassant pour votre interlocuteur. \u00a0Et cela vous \u00e9vite de vous \u00e9nerver.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Si vous avez affaire \u00e0 un professionnel, il comprendra vite que vous utilisez ce type de technique et saura que vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas facilement influenc\u00e9 par ce type de question indiscr\u00e8te. \u00a0Il cessera donc ce jeu tr\u00e8s rapidement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Si par contre, votre interlocuteur est une personne trop indiscr\u00e8te qui continue \u00e0 insister malgr\u00e9 tout : mettez vous-m\u00eame fin \u00e0 l&rsquo;entretien. \u00a0Si c&rsquo;est le patron d&rsquo;une PME, il vaut mieux ne pas travailler avec ce type de personne. \u00a0Si c&rsquo;est le recruteur d&rsquo;une agence ou d&rsquo;une grosse entreprise, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0
