Des objectifs Sp\u00e9cifiques<\/strong> :<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Ils doivent \u00eatre clairs, pr\u00e9cis, personnels : ils doivent d\u00e9crire tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, sans \u00e9quivoque possible ce que vous comptez r\u00e9aliser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Ils doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9crits de <em><strong>mani\u00e8re positive<\/strong><\/em> : Non pas je voudrais perdre des kilos, mais bien je veux peser 75 kilos. \u00a0Ou je veux courir 1000 m\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000080\"><strong>2.\u00a0<\/strong>Des objectifs\u00a0<strong>Mesurables<\/strong> :<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Donnez-vous des indicateurs clairs pour mesurer vos progr\u00e8s : je veux courir le 100 m\u00e8tres en 14 secondes. \u00a0Je veux atteindre 75 kilos. \u00a0Je veux apprendre 75 nouveaux mots de vocabulaire anglais par jour. \u00a0Je veux pouvoir taper 20 lettres par jour avec Word.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000080\"><strong>3.\u00a0<\/strong>Des objectifs\u00a0<strong>Ambitieux<\/strong> :<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Si ce n&rsquo;est pas un vrai challenge, ce n&rsquo;est pas la peine de l&rsquo;entreprendre. \u00a0Vous vous endormirez rapidement sur vos r\u00e9sultats et vous n&rsquo;obtiendrez rien. \u00a0Ne vous contentez pas du minimum. \u00a0Visez quelque chose d&rsquo;assez haut. \u00a0Perdre un kilo par mois, ce n&rsquo;est pas un d\u00e9fi. \u00a0En perdre 5, c&rsquo;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 autre chose. \u00a0Taper 5 lettres par jour, c&rsquo;est tout de m\u00eame assez minable. \u00a020 lettres par jour, c&rsquo;est un vrai d\u00e9fi.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000080\"><strong>4. Des objectifs Accessibles<\/strong> : <\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">fixez-vous des choses que vous pouvez r\u00e9ellement atteindre, ou sinon, bonjour le d\u00e9couragement ! \u00a0Comme je le dis \u00e0 mes stagiaires : \u00ab\u00a0ne vous collez pas un \u00e9l\u00e9phant sur le dos !\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Vouloir perdre 5 kilos par mois, c&rsquo;est un challenge. \u00a0Vouloir en perdre 10, c&rsquo;est non seulement irr\u00e9aliste, mais c&rsquo;est dangereux pour votre sant\u00e9. \u00a0Vouloir taper 20 lettres par jour, c&rsquo;est un objectif. \u00a0Vouloir en taper 50, c&rsquo;est un voeu pieux&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000080\"><strong>5. Des objectifs R\u00e9alistes<\/strong> : <\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">tenez compte de vos ressources r\u00e9elles. \u00a0Budget, temps disponible, soutien ou r\u00e9sistance de la part de votre entourage, etc. \u00a0Avez-vous vraiment le temps de vous entra\u00eener \u00e0 taper 20 lettres par jour ? \u00a0Votre m\u00e9tier vous permet-il de vous passer du nombre de calories suffisantes pour perdre 5 kilos par mois ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Et enfin :<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000080\"> <strong>6.
