noopener\">Pierre Mongin et ses co-auteurs<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durant le MOOC ITyPA3 ou les <a href=\"https:\/\/format30.com\/pt\/cours-gratuits-ressources-educatives-libres\/#h-cours-gratuits-mooc-en-francais\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MOOC que j&rsquo;ai organis\u00e9s<\/a>, j&rsquo;ai pu observer le comportement des participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mooc-et-spoc-au-service-des-ressources-humaines-a-distance\">MOOC et  SPOC  au service des ressources humaines \u00e0 distance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et j&rsquo;en tire une <em><strong>conclusion qui devrait int\u00e9resser chaque DRH de la plan\u00e8te<\/strong><\/em> : la fa\u00e7on dont un participant d&rsquo;un MOOC ou d&rsquo;un SPOC se comporte <em><strong>vous en apprend davantage sur son profil et son potentiel professionnel que n&rsquo;importe quelle batterie de tests ou m\u00eame qu&rsquo;une co\u00fbteuse s\u00e9ance d&rsquo;assessment<\/strong><\/em>&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&rsquo;ai class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ont toujours termin\u00e9 leurs exercices ou rendu leur travaux avant la deadline<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>qui demandent \u00e0 ouvrir la section suivante plus t\u00f4t car ils veulent avancer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>posent des questions qui anticipent sur la mati\u00e8re suivante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prennent des initiatives, comme la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un groupe sur Facebook, par exemple<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proposent de nouveaux exercices, des ressources in\u00e9dites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-influenceurs-des-leaders-qui-inspirent\">Les influenceurs, des leaders qui inspirent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une autre cat\u00e9gorie d&rsquo;apprenants se distingue par leur influence sur les autres participants. &nbsp;Je les appelle les \u00ab\u00a0influenceurs\u00a0\u00bb, car ils ont le don d&rsquo;influencer le comportement des autres, de les entra\u00eener vers de nouvelles activit\u00e9s &nbsp;sans forcer. &nbsp;Ce sont ceux qui :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>entra\u00eenent les autres \u00e0 entamer une activit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>leur remontent le moral quand ils ont une baisse d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prennent naturellement la direction d&rsquo;un groupe, sans avoir l&rsquo;air d&rsquo;y toucher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>donnent du sens \u00e0 une action collective<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ou qui orientent le sens d&rsquo;une activit\u00e9 (les \u00ab\u00a0hackers\u00a0\u00bb)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter alignnone size-full class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>partagent des ressources in\u00e9dites qu&rsquo;ils ont trouv\u00e9es hors du cours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>donnent des trucs et astuces pour aller plus vite, pour d\u00e9couvrir de nouvelles connaissances, pour exp\u00e9rimenter de nouvelles applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rassurent les autres et les tirent vers le haut quand ils rencontrent des obstacles techniques ou ne comprennent pas un nouveau concept.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reperage-par-les-rh-a-distance-des-profils-it\">Rep\u00e9rage par les RH \u00e0 distance class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ils sont capables d&rsquo;apprendre de mani\u00e8re autonome, par eux-m\u00eames, sans aide ext\u00e9rieure et \u00e0 utiliser, voire \u00e0 d\u00e9tourner les ressources mises \u00e0 leur disposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A l&rsquo;heure o\u00f9 le monde \u00e9volue \u00e0 la vitesse de la lumi\u00e8re, la capacit\u00e9 des collaborateurs \u00e0 apprendre tout au long de la vie constitue un avantage comp\u00e9titif sans prix&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-perseverance-et-respect-des-consignes\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">Pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance et respect des consignes<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans son livre Comment les enfants r\u00e9ussissent, <em>Paul Tough<\/em> insiste particuli\u00e8rement sur la <strong>pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance<\/strong> : c&rsquo;est cette qualit\u00e9, plus que l&rsquo;intelligence ou la rapidit\u00e9 de pens\u00e9e, qui pr\u00e9voit le mieux le succ\u00e8s d&rsquo;un enfant \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole et de l&rsquo;adulte qu&rsquo;il deviendra plus tard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est donc important de rep\u00e9rer aussi les participants qui :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>vont jusqu&rsquo;au bout de la formation, quelles que soient les difficult\u00e9s qu&rsquo;ils rencontrent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ceux qui visitent syst\u00e9matiquement la rubrique \u00ab\u00a0Pour aller plus loin\u00a0\u00bb, une rubrique facultative qui permet d&rsquo;approfondir la th\u00e9matique de la semaine ou du sujet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>respectent, voire anticipent les deadlines (dates limites de remise des travaux, par exemple)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>respectent les consignes, ce qui n&rsquo;est pas toujours le cas des plus intelligents d&rsquo;entre eux : mais la qualit\u00e9 pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante recherch\u00e9e chez un candidat \u00e0 un poste, ce n&rsquo;est pas toujours l&rsquo;intelligence, ce peut \u00eatre aussi la sociabilit\u00e9, la r\u00e9sistance au stress, le respect des consignes, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" avec pertinence les besoins de leurs public<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>qui peuvent imaginer des solutions innovantes et performantes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>qui &nbsp;peuvent s\u00e9quencer une formation pour en faire un dispositif progressif<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>qui peuvent r\u00e9aliser des supports de formation efficaces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>qui peuvent mettre en ligne un module clair, navigable et pertinent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-competences-techniques\">Les comp\u00e9tences techniques<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&rsquo;ai pu aussi rep\u00e9rer ceux qui pr\u00e9sentent de r\u00e9elles comp\u00e9tences techniques, qui comprennent rapidement comment fonctionne une plateforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qui sont
