Ici, carte r\u00e9sultant de la fusion de celles du collaborateur et du sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique&lt;\/p&gt;\" data-image-caption=\"&lt;p&gt;Cartes de Pierre et Richard fusionn\u00e9es en une nouvelle mindmap&lt;\/p&gt;\" data-large-file=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/format30.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/coaching-carte-fusion-pierre-richard.png?fit=1024%2C981&amp;ssl=1\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4798\" title=\"Coaching - Carte Fusion Pierre - Richard\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/format30.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/coaching-carte-fusion-pierre-richard.png?resize=630%2C603&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"630\" height=\"603\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4798\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cartes de Pierre et Richard fusionn\u00e9es en une nouvelle mindmap<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Les rubriques communes aux deux cartes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fusionn\u00e9es, les autres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 simplement juxtapos\u00e9es.\u00a0 Nous pouvons \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent visualiser l&rsquo;ensemble des apports des deux personnes.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000080\">Le choix des objectifs<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Mais cet exercice ne serait pas complet s&rsquo;il ne pr\u00e9voyait pas aussi de fixer des objectifs afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les performances du collaborateur.\u00a0 Nous incluons donc des marqueurs de priorit\u00e9 1 et 2 dans certaines des rubriques.\u00a0 Ce sont les points sur lesquels Pierre et Richard ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se concentrer avant la prochaine s\u00e9ance de coaching.\u00a0 Ceux \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer en priorit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Ici aussi, nous pouvons utiliser une fonction int\u00e9ressante de XMind : le filtrage.\u00a0 Nous demandons au logiciel de filtrer les marqueurs de priorit\u00e9 1 et 2.\u00a0 Et il met en lumi\u00e8re les \u00e9l\u00e9ments que nous avons retenus comme prioritaires.\u00a0 Cela permet non seulement de mettre l&rsquo;accent sur ces points lors de la d\u00e9cision de ces priorit\u00e9s, mais aussi lors de la prochaine s\u00e9ance, lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agira d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer la progression du collaborateur.
