La mobilit\u00e9 interne<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">C&rsquo;est celle \u00e0 laquelle l&rsquo;entreprise pensera le plus vite.\u00a0 Souvent, l&rsquo;entreprise dispose d\u00e9j\u00e0 des comp\u00e9tences dont elle a besoin pour un nouveau poste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Un assistant-comptable peut devenir comptable, un bon vendeur avec des qualit\u00e9s de leader un chef des ventes, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Si l&rsquo;entreprise poss\u00e8de plusieurs implantations, il suffira peut-\u00eatre qu&rsquo;une personne comp\u00e9tente d\u00e9m\u00e9nage de Bordeaux vers Paris pour remplir ces fonctions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">L&rsquo;entreprise \u00e9pargne les co\u00fbts de publicit\u00e9, de recrutement, etc.\u00a0 Il s&rsquo;agit de faire circuler l&rsquo;information en interne.\u00a0 Si l&rsquo;entreprise a une bonne connaissance du portefeuille de comp\u00e9tences de ses employ\u00e9s, elle n&rsquo;aura m\u00eame pas besoin de lancer un appel en interne : elle pourra contacter directement la personne la plus comp\u00e9tente&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000080\"><strong>2.
