Angela Simona Romano tells us about her European experience with our association, Formation 3.0 asbl. Testimonial from an Erasmus+ intern.

In this article, I will introduce myself and analyse my role within Formation 3.0. My name is Angela Simona Romano, I am 25 years old, I come from the Province of Caserta, I am originally from Campania, in southern Italy, and I am currently an intern at Formation 3.0. I have a bachelor's degree in English and Spanish language, literature and culture and a master's degree in professional communication in the international and intercultural field, but I also know Portuguese and French, as I am passionate about foreign languages and cultures.
My role at Formation consists of translating and writing articles, but I also handle mediation for groups that choose to begin their training with us.
I have been a language teacher preparing students for Cambridge and Dele exams, as well as a private literature tutor for secondary school and university students.
The European experience through tailor-made itineraries
Teaching is one of the most rewarding things there is, which is why at Formation we develop tailor-made courses for teachers and students in various subjects, including European citizenship, one of the most popular. Courses are taught in several languages, such as English, French and Italian, but the resources are available in several languages.
Our educational tools are equipped with AI systems capable of providing comprehensive satisfaction and preparation, but the practical side is not neglected either; as far as European citizenship programmes are concerned, we offer the opportunity to visit the headquarters of the main institutions.
We also organise cultural visits to Brussels, our head office, to enable the people we train to enjoy the city's beauty and acquire new information.
We develop tailor-made programmes on request, and we are happy to make the stay and experience in Brussels enjoyable by accompanying the teachers who choose us on this journey.
Our guided tours are accompanied by preparatory theory lessons that allow for total immersion in European citizenship and, through the tours, enable the topics to be addressed in a practical manner.
Our groups are accompanied by the president of the association, Marco Bertolini, to the Parliament's hemicycle, where some of the plenary sessions are held, the House of European History, where you can trace the stages of European history from its beginnings, the Parlamentarium, where technology allows you to witness history through the years up to the present day, the interactive exhibition Experience Europe, where you can enjoy interactive games with quizzes on European history, explore the institutions and learn about the projects they are involved in.
Our goal is to shape minds through this European experience, enabling them to constantly reflect on the world we live in. To do this, we need to get to the heart of the matter, and with us, that's possible.
