You can summarise emails with Mindmap AI. I discovered it by chance. Here are the results of two of my recent experiments.

I have already discussed Mindmap AI extensively on this blog, particularly in relation to:

• create a mind map with AI
• to summarise a PDF document
• to summarise a Web page, all in the form of a mind map

It was by chance that I discovered that I could also summarise emails with Mindmap AI. Remember, I had added the Chrome extension to my browser so that I could summarise web pages. When I opened my email inbox this morning, I saw a new link appear in the headers of my emails.

As this link appeared in the header of an email I received from the Washington Post, I clicked on it to see what would happen.

It took the system just under ten seconds to generate a new mind map. When it was ready, a thumbnail appeared at the bottom right of the email:

I clicked on the link at the top right of the mind map to open itin my Mindmap AI account. Since I was not logged in, I had to log in to my account to see the map.

Second attempt: summarise an email in French

I was curious to see what would happen with an email in French.

So I tried again with an email from the War Heritage Institute, the Belgian federal institution responsible for military heritage and museums.

Conclusion: another impressive result for Mindmap AI

Once again, Mindmap AI has impressed me with its ability to summarise an email in the form of a mind map. Both for the speed of execution and the quality of the summarised information. You can create your own mind maps by opening a free Mindmap account.
