How do you summarise a document in mindmap form in just a few seconds? And how do you translate this mindmap into French with just a few clicks? With Mindmap AI, of course.
Last week, I introduced you to an application that uses artificial intelligence to generate mind maps: Mindmap AI. This application saves precious time and is a crucial aid for people with dyslexia, for example. Of course, I wouldn't recommend using this type of tool all the time. But parents of dyslexic pupils who spend hours helping their children with their homework will easily understand the time-saving advantage.
Summarise a document in the form of a mind map
The survey and report were produced by University College London (UCL) and the British association Autistica, deux références et deux gages de sérieux.
But the document is in English and is 25 pages long. Nothing impossible, but I've got deadlines to meet. So I used this quicker method: summarising a document in the form of a mind map. with Mindmap AI.

Translate this mind map into French in just a few seconds
This map is still in English. But I'd like to present it to a French-speaking audience. I can ask Mindmap AI to translate it into French. Here is my entire dialogue with Copilot, Mindmap AI's AI assistant.

And here is the mind map in French that results from this dialogue:

You can download this mind map in French in PDF format. As usual, this map is published as free educational resource under a Creative Commons licence. So you can re-use it for your own purposes.
Conclusion: an application that makes life easier for neurodivergent people
This application is exactly what is needed to help pupils with special needs summarised in this infographic by our intern Azeez Hassan. People with dyslexia or other neurodivergent profiles will save precious time by using this application.
